Stockton Honda Yamaha

I have been a long time customer of Stockton Honda Yamaha and all I can say is they have been great. Anytime I have been there they have been friendly and very helpful. I would recommend their store for anyone looking to buy power sport vehicles and supplies.

I went in to support a Stockton business and I left to go shopping elsewhere. We wanted to make a purchase but they are extremely unhelpful. I guess they want to go out of business? The folks behind the counter did not greet us or offer assistance. They chatted with each other and stared at us. WTF? A man in an office watched us for 5 minutes before yelling from his seat, "need help?" Um, no, I'm just here to not buy anything. WTF? When he came over he was mute and offered little information about the bike. I had to prod him for info. Yikes. They charge an additional $1000 in "fees" over ticket price for every bike. Buyer beware.

The guy I talked to on the phone was awesome my in-store experience not so much when I pulled in the parking lot I watched an employee trying to load a brand new grom in the bed of a customers truck and he ran it right off the ramp and it slid down the ramp sideways on skid plate offered to help but kid was to prideful and told me he's got it lol! Guy at parts counter was kind of rude but this is the only shop that had the parts I needed so I am thankful for that but the two employees I dealt with in store could use some training on customer service

Great shop for people that ride and care about their customers. Cloyse is very knowledgeable. I'm all about supporting the shop that supports the industry

Been here a few times for my sons KX85 parts and they rocked it by having what we needed when no one else did. Also picked up some parts for a friend on will call and the staff was spot on and got us in and out with no hassle. The selection of accessories and gear is awesome and the variety of hats is nice as well. Go check them out and you won't be disappointed.

This is Stockton powersports. Just got off the phone with two people from the service department that wanted to charge me $280 to look at cosmetic repairs on my motorcycle. They said it would take 3 hours to do the estimate on it. Neither one of these guys sounded like they knew what they were doing or cared about my business.

This is for the Parts Department as it's the only department I've dealt with. I'm refreshing a classic Yamaha IT and need lots of little parts.....nuts, bolts, washers, etc. I call them up and order the parts. Always arrive on time. Everyone I have dealt with in the parts department has been friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable. Even help with stuff that's no longer made.....which is a lot. What's not to like? 5 starsGod Bless

Ive had a new tube installed on my dirtbike and bought a new UTV today. Everyone in Service, Parts and sales are great to deal with. I got the best deal on a 2023 Kawaski that not one dealer in America could match. Kevin was great to deal with and purchase took under an hour.

Stopped in several times while looking for a 50 for my son. Everyone was very helpful and not aggressive about making a purchase. Bailey ended up helping me find the right bike for my son. Purchase was extremely easy and walked me through it all. Look forward to getting a bike for myself soon.

All bikes have an over sticker price. The R7 had an over sticker of $1100, that's a 12% overhead. I hope that things come to some type of normalcy soon, people don't forget these price gouging dealers and stores. In my case I will pass for now, can't get over getting ripped off.
