Stockton Heat Hockey Club

Stockton has been my home for live hockey for a long time now. They are home to a minor league hockey team currently known as the Stockton Heat Hockey Club, although I remember them often as the Stockton Thunder. They play their games at the Stockton Arena in downtown with a large parking garage attached to the arena for easy access.This place is just fun. I am a hockey fan, so I enjoy the action on the ice. You can get really close to the action at a fairly low price here, although I prefer sitting a bit higher to see the whole rink. Tickets are fairly reasonable here, especially if you get packages. I can often walk up to the window right before a game and get good seats.Fan experiences here are really great. They have many theme nights including the famous Teddy Bear Toss and other fun promotions. The place is family friendly with lots of children in attendance and a good atmosphere, although fights on the ice are common and encouraged by the fans. Concessions can get a little pricy though.The Stockton Heat manage to create a great product year after year independent of the team's ability. I have seen them in bad years and in good, and minor league teams always suffer since the good players move up fast. Fortunately, I nearly always have a great time, and even a loss is somehow a win.

Another great night at the Stockton Heat Hockey game! We sat in the McDonald Rink Side Suite. I could not be more pleased! Great view of the game and very worth what we paid. Perfect for small groups.

Minor league hockey at its finest! Seats are very affordable and it's pretty good hockey. The arena is easy to get in and out of. It's rarely sold out so you can walk up and buy tickets. 4 seats 1 level up 64.00 and 10.00 to park.Fun night out with the family.

I loved watching games at Stockton Arena when the Thunder played in the building, but I love the Heat even more! I live closer to San Jose and should be a Barracuda fan, but I've already become attached to this team! This is fantastic hockey at a fantastic price. If I lived closer to Stockton I'd get season tickets. Every fan, vendor, player, and arena staff that I've met is friendly and interested in the team and the sport. These guys are moving up and down from the NHL, so this is legit hockey. There's so much talent and so many opportunities to see some of the great hockey players of today and tomorrow. There are lots of activities throughout the season, and lots of player interaction with the fans!P.S. try the hot chocolate at the stand by aisle E

Loves The Thunder but The Heat is twice the action, twice the level of play and twice the experience we have had before with Stockton Hockey.If you haven't come out for a game yet you need to. Great family fun and these guys are all on the verge of going to the show so you will not be disappointed by the level of play.Hoping the Heat have a long and successful run here in Stockton.

Love events at Stockton Arena! We mostly go to the Arena for Stockton Heat hockey games! We go many times a year! The action is great and the price for tickets is even better! Parking and concessions will not gouge you! Good place to bring your family and friends! Family friendly too! Theme nights throughout the year!

Great hockey at a great price. We drive all the way from Vacaville to catch games and it is so worth it! Love that the level of play is higher now with the heat over the thunder.

Not gonna lie...for the price of a suite, I expected amazing customer service with the for sure thought of being disappointed. This group pleasantly surprised me....on point, attentive, polite, and most importantly, genuine. I really believe they wanted us to have a memorable experience!Food was awesome, beer was cold, and suite was accommodating!Special shout out to Shaleena Reid!!! You made the birthday boy feel so special!!! Go HEAT! Forever fans!

went to 2nd game of the season last night. unfortunately,we lost but the night before we won 4-1!it was still a blast & always so much fun. such energy & the fans are always entertaining & loud & full of spirit!next game we're attending is oct 21. everyone should go experience a live hockey game especially a "stockton heat" one!!!

We came to our first hockey game since the switch from Thunder to Heat. It was fantastic! Except for the pass holder who came screaming in our face that we were in her seats although her season pass clearly was 207, and we were sitting in the 208 seats. I mean great seats!!! But not hers. The staff member who she called to us handled the situation and her attitude very calmly and graciously. Told us he wouldn't ask us to move since we were in the seats our ticket indicated. He made sure to give us a good experience following a nasty incident with the fellow Heat guest. The stadium was clean and the staff was attentive wherever we went. Can't wait to come back! Might have to keep coming back to these 208 seats as the view was phenomenal
