I placed an order for Tintation hair spray on 11/12/2024 and the items never showed up. Thinking I must have missed the delivery at my door I placed another order on 11/23/2034 and asked for priority delivery again. The date is 12/4/2024 and it now says that both of my shipments are still at the warehouse and haven't been delivered. Absolutely unimpressed and will not be purchasing from here again. Will be asking for a refund.

They have great products that you can't find in other store such as MANE TAME anti-gravity hair spray. But they never answer the phones, I'm Manteca and have drove to there store 3 times within the last month while there store hours say open and the door is locked and no one is there. I just tried right now at 1:53pm Friday. And it was closed once again. You are better off just buying from Amazon and that's what I will be doing from now on:/
