I remember coming here a few times over the past 4 years so I'm glad the old boss David got fired a year ago he was so rude and did not give good customer service! the new boss simon is very friendly and is always willing to try and help me with what I need. when I bought a headlight that was tinted yellow from wearing out they polished it and made it look brand new again! will definitely buy from here again in the future.

I was assisted by Adam. I asked him for some pictures of the headlight. He was very helpful and sent me the whole bunch. I appreciate it. They had the lowest price out of all the other places for the headlight and on top of that he gave me a free shipping which was very fast. He packaged it very well too. I received it the next day. I recommend this place. They definitely take care of their customers. Keep up the great work!!!

All their wheels are bent either way scratches. They'll scam your money. Better to buy online.

Came to buy a light connector they wanted to charge me $20 for something super small, I asked why and she said for my guy having to go back and forth, I Clearly asked for a current car and they brought me a part from a different car. I called and texted them the year make and model and they still got it wrong, wasted like 15-20 mins of my time for them to finally get it right. Worst place to go for any small things. Never again, this place needs work on their customer service, I heard them saying that they just like putting people on hold. Worst place to go.

stay away from these people ordered used door and confirmed the color 3 times on a call for next day delivery so they deliver two days later in a wrong color and damaged i had to call 2-3 times a day for 5 days to get my money minus shipping on my end for their mistake i bought a lot of things from them before but now never again

I needed a quarter panel for a 2015 Subaru. They provided a very generous cutline on a clean quarter panel and included other parts I needed at a reasonable price. Happy with the part and the the staff was very easy to work with.

Called them to place order for a BMW wheel over the phone. Someone answered first, but then a different person took over - someone with great communication skills and very good knowledge of the business. The price was great, wheel was shipped promptly and received in excellent condition, so my experience with them was very nice.

this place is such scam and the owner does not want to work with customers and help with cost repair or replacement parts for exchange and the owner is just wanting to make money and not accommodate customers or give customer service. such a poor and unprofessional process and never will i buy anything from this company. i rather take my business and money where they give customer service and appreciates the business!!!!
