Stillman R V Park

This park is amazing the management was very nice he helped me and my wife set up our RV in our clean spot. The people that we encountered in the park are real friendly and helpful . It is a good environment planning and coming back there soon.

We came to Sacramento area to visit family and had to find a place on the fly when our rig couldn't fit in at the park where we planned on the river. The managers here got us in for the week on last moments notice and were very happy to accommodate us. The neighbors we had were very friendly.This is an older park and most of the RVs were older, many looking like they hadn't been moved in years. I believe that most are long time residents. I did not use any of the facilities and can't comment. The neighborhood around the park is older and somewhat sketchy. Groceries are within a couple of miles and freeway is close by. No cable but good antennae Service. The site was close to level but the sites are close to one another. Concrete slab but no picnic table.The park cannot control the neighborhood it is in So I did not consider it in my rating. I rated on the park itself. Our neighbors and the managers get 5 Stars!

Myron was so helpful and friendly. We pulled in Labor Day weekend to rest our weary heads in Sacramento, and every place to park an RV overnight was full, including Stillman. Myron was nice enough to call me back within the hour to let us know that he had a cancellation. I read the reviews, and knew that this place was in a shady part of town, but since it was gated, I felt better about it. Once you are in, it's actually very quiet, and the long term residents keep to themselves. If you are looking for a beautiful place to enjoy the view, this is not the place for you. But, if you need somewhere to park with full hookups, that's close to town, this is ideal. We paid $35 for the night. Oh, and Stillman is pet friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again if needed. Thanks Myron!

I called the manager, Ken and pleaded with him for a spot! He squeezed us in for two nights until we could get to our site. He went out of his way to accomandate us, but as it turned out, our rig was too big for the spot so we couldn't stay. Micheal, the manager's go-to guy could not not have been nicer, more helpful and went above and beyond to help us in addition to his regular work! Michael is a gem!! It's not always that way, in fact more people are grumpy or worse, and we definitely found the opposite! Thanks so much much guys! Well done!

My husband and I moved To Stillman in April. The park is clean, and the neighbors are absolutely amazing, friendly, and very helpful. I am a bit of a snob, so I have to say that the area surrounding the park is HORRIBLE, but once you are in those gates, it is nice. I have never been to an RV park with such clean restrooms, which are much appreciated when living in a fifth wheel. Myron, the manager and Mike the assistant are both Stand Up Guys. They are helpful and friendly which makes it all that much more enjoyable. Don't know how long we will be here, but this suits us just perfectly for the time being.

To describe this park as a glorified homeless encampment would not be inaccurate. Between the constant sirens, junkyard type "campsites" of permanent vehicles, wandering tomcats and tied up dogs, this may not be what you are looking for. The people, however, are extremely friendly and helpful. We decided within a hour of setting up that this was not for us, but had already driven 7 hours. We found a much better facility the next day, but had to wait until the following weekend to move. We kept to ourselves, and the blinds down. Warning. They do not give refunds. It wasn't until after they had taken payment for the month, that they informed us that the pool was out of order at least until end of summer, the gate partially worked and was transitioning to a new system, the grill area out of order. We never even bothered to go to the laundry facilities, but I would not get hopes too high. We were warned not to walk at night or in the surrounding area.This is a trailer park filled with friendly, down on their luck people. It is not a place for vacationers or even business travelers.

Couldn't ask for a better place, the people are friendly, the rates are very affordable and management is awesome and very helpful.

After years of living in this park I have come to realize that it is getting worse because of the so-called management. We never got complaints and pay our rent on time, but they will not deal with any complaints'. We have children and a grandchild who play outside during the day, and I fear for them. People speed threw at 30 + miles an hour when it's only 5. Others let their animals use your yard and not pick it up. And the management won't do anything, and they give excuses like we can't tell you what we are doing about your complaint because it's a privacy issue. The pool hasn't worked in three years the laundry room has always been an issue. Can't use the clubhouse because the door is about to fall off and they closed it till the can install a new one witch they have just haven't installed it. The shower rooms all are falling apart and mold everywhere. No BBQ area unless you want to share it with the people whose yard it is. And free Wi-Fi never worked for anyone in years. So, if you really want some abuse than please come join if not than run away very far.

What a huge shock to arrive and see the condition of this property. Apparently the website was done 25 years ago! Very poor maintenance and upkeep. Would not ever recommend this facility.

Been here for a couple months now and the staff and maintenance have been going downhill. Summer is basically here and even though we pay rent, the park fails to fix things in a timely manner. The park is looking grosser by the day and all I see maintenance do is drive around in his golf cart. Management is crap and has a bad attitude and thinks they are better then everyone. If we have tod pay our rent on time, they need to fix the park properly. Recently people have been getting notices about cleaning up but they have their family living here too and even though their spot looks like crap, they didnt get a notice (I wonder why.). And when your kids are sleeping outside on the back porch, but yet everyone else has to abide by the rules. Management and maintenance should have to follow the rules like everyone else here. At least Curtis wasnt singling anyone out.
