If you have health problems or are high risk, I do not advise shopping at this store. The staff seemed quite smug and snooty when I mentioned that their not wearing a mask was disrespecting their customers. Even with my breathing and heart problems I respected them enough to wear one. I used a very polite tone because I wasn't trying to start an argument. I believe this attitude will hurt their business and I wont be the only one to walk out in fear of their disregard for any safety protocol.I did not feel safe at all and did not see any attempt to limit customers in the store or signs of social distancing protocol. If you are unhealthy or high risk, these things are very important to you. Many elderly people have money to spend at boutique and not catering to them (by running around without a mask) is surely going to hurt a business that is likely already struggling from months of closure.Even Kohls staff are wearing masks to keep customers safe, but the level of service at Stella Mitchell couldn't even reach that of a large department store. I'd hoped to treat myself with an overpriced dress to help support a struggling local shop. I'd expect far better treatment and care for the customers than I received.

I picked up a pair of great shoes and a Travis Mathew hat. My wife loves the shirt and candles I picked up for her, as well. Kelli and her team have created an amazing store. There is nothing like it in Lodi.

Beautiful store. Great selection. Not the best staff. There's an older woman that works there that is incredibly snobby. You can tell she's very judgemental. My husband and I went in to buy him 2 hats (we have bought him hats there every few months since they opened, not to mention every single time I'm in there I buy at least one thing) and she was side-eyeing us the whole time. We weren't dressed in our usual attire (just done with gym) so I think she assumed we wouldn't be able to "afford" anything (If you didn't know, they're overly pric ed for everything, but again, we still buy something every time we are in there). She needs to learn to not judge a book by its cover. She was literally mugging us, practically staring us down, it was very uncomfortable and straight up rude. Just because I'm not dressed to your liking doesn't mean I don't have the money to spend in your store. In fact, we might be the only people consistently buying clothing from them. Its always dead when we go in....

Very nice place, amazing stuff from clothing to home decor, the the ladies that work there go over and beyond to make you happy. love going to Stella Mitchell's.
