Great prices! Great customer service! I got help from James and Skippy. I went in with car trouble and had my car back the next day, they had me drive it around all weekend and come back Monday to double check everything. Immediately my car was running better! If you want to support a local auto shop business this is the one you need to come to!! I was called and notified everything about my car, they explained everything I needed to know and I was on my way out!! Shortest amount of time I've had at a auto shop with a amazing outcome!!!

I waited two weeks to make sure that they could work on my vehicle. Not only do they take great care of me but I always end up paying less than I thought. My breaks were done in two hours and I got a ready text. My bf when to Jackson tire and he sat around all day when his car was ready to be picked up because no one notified him it was finished and there is still a wobble. Thank goodness for steins !

Yeah, So I have a Jeep so it hits the service garage about every other year. Been there 3 times and EVERY time they took care of the issue (s). Not always the fastest but they do keep mine inside if left over the weekend. I have 5 vehicles and they always get the job done correct and the first time!

My husband took our Jeep Patriot in for a panic transmission flush & they were able to jam him in their with their already very busy schedule. my hubby asked Patrick to look @ the old transmission fluid & he granted his request! If my husband trust them so should you!

Steins saved my butt this last week!! I was driving from Sacramento to Pinecrest when I hit Sutter Creek and my car was overheating. Turns out my mechanic at home hadn't tightened the radiator cap when I picked up that morning therefore spewing coolant all over my engine and leading to the overheating.The radiator was empty and not circulating. Coasted into this shop and the gentleman at the front desk helped me get my situation sorted out. Added hot water, waited for it to fill and had it run until it held temperature. Trip saved - can't thank them enough. They were slammed and them taking the time to help me out in my moment of dire need on a 100+ day was above and beyond!! Thank you!! PS: Yes my home shop is going to clean my engine and it was a big eye opener for them!

The people there aren't just friendly but very knowledgeable. The price is good and the work is great. Go there and you will not be gouged or taken advantaged of. Great place. A plus rating.

Stein's has always been The Place my husband and I take our cars as well as our Dodge Truck. They always know what is needed to get the job done and deliver excellent service. It's a no bull**** shop. What someone who talks straight? This is your place.

I gave them the part to replace,I come back an hour and a half later and they still don't have it installed and apparently because I didn't answer the phone to comfirm which part they where replacing so I had to pay for there time just standing there looking dumb. Then they replace the part and it took 20 additional minutes. He was also very rude and made me feel soooo uncomfortable.

shop won't answer phone calls just let's phone ring till phone disconnects since there is no voicemail. Lost out on a customer.

So happy with this place. Dependable, honest and upfront on costs. I found a place to take all our cars.
