Stay Smokin BBQ

If you want real BBQ, you'll definitely need to try "Stay Smokin' BBQ" based out of Mountain House, CA. Stay Smokin BBQ was catering for an event at my children's school about a month or so ago. For those who have children, you know all too well how picky kids can be when it comes to food and my boys are no different. I had ordered a combo meal for my two boys and I to share. I wasn't sure if one combo meal was going to be enough for all three of us, however, when I received our food I realized the portion sizes were large. We ordered brisket, pulled pork, tri tip, baked beans and macaroni and cheese. If you're a mac and cheese lover like me, you definitely have to try their homemade macaroni and cheese. It was creamy, cheesy, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. When it came to the brisket, pulled pork, and tri tip, I have to say it is probably the best BBQ I have ever tasted. Each bite was juicy, full of flavor, and tender. They provided homemade BBQ sauce, but the meat is so flavorful that you don't have to add anything to it. I feel like I hit the jackpot with Stay Smokin' BBQ! In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I reached out to Stay Smokin' BBQ to help provide a nice Thanksgiving meal. I didn't get any names which I highly regret now, however, they took care of us on Thanksgiving. They generously provided brisket, pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, and a sweet potato pie to my children and I. They gave me the day and time to pick the order up and when I arrived, they handed me hot and fresh BBQ that just came off the smoker. I think this Thanksgiving meal spoiled my four children because they asked if we can stop making turkey and just get the BBQ. Thank you so much Stay Smokin' BBQ. I don't know how you do it but you have the best BBQ I have ever tasted. I appreciate you all!

Working with Matt as our caterer for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! He was a breeze to work with and far exceeded our expectations. Every single person that we talked to after our wedding RAVED about how great the food was. I highly recommend Stay Smokin for an event or party and can't wait to work with them again!

Highly recommend the food. My favorite is the brisket. it's so tender and full of flavor. The owner is so friendly and prepares everything homemade. This is definitely a must try if you love barbecue. I tell everyone about this catering business every chance I get. His prices are reasonable as well.

Booked Matt for multiple events! Their BBQ is amazing! Ordered BBQ Ribs, Chicken Thighs & Pulled Pork for various events. Their Mac N Cheese is amazing too! He was on time with great presentation as well. Used warmers and foil pans and actually served at a few events. I like how he can drop everything off as well, makes events easy! Very cool dude with great customer service. I recommend this BBQ for events no matter the party size. Thanks Matt! Will see you very soon!!!
