How did I not know about this amazing bakery? I attended a Friendsgiving where one of our friends brought the Parker Rolls and OMG I'm obsessed! The light buttery roll was amazing and I couldn't stop thinking about it! I waited for the Thanksgiving holiday to pass and went to the bakery today and I was so mesmerized by the selection of cookies, pastries and rolls! Such a cute venue and such welcoming staff. Super friendly and nice! All the customers inside had to be regulars as they gave so many recommendations and everyone was stocking up for the holidays! Price is so reasonable and I can't wait to try all the cookies I purchased! I was told best to order in advance for the rolls during the holidays as they won't be in stock! Buy your goodies well in advance as it's definitely a popular spot! So glad I finally made it here!

Spaans is a local family owned and operated business with delicious cookies and baked goods that will suit any craving! Whether it be one of their many cookie flavors, a baked pie or fritter, or their famous mouth watering rolls, Spaans has what you need! The storefront is clean, inviting and well stocked and their staff are always sweet and helpful! Great products, great customer service and great pricing! A go-to place for our family!

Spaans has always been one of the best cookie shops in this area. I can remember coming here as a child, when they still did the tours. You could watch the cookies be made. The service is decent, but definitely has changed over the years. The ambiance is like going back in time to my childhood.

Spaan's is our favorite place to buy cookies. We have purchased many times to bring to weddings, parties and to share with friends and co-owners. Snickerdoodle are the BEST!!! They also have a lot of gift items, candies, jams and holiday gifts. A great historical company in Galt, right on C street.

The rolls were the best I've ever tasted. I also purchased 2 chocolate cream pies and 2 berry pies. Both types of pies were delicious. The chocolate was just the right amount of sweetness and the berry pies were the hit of the party.

Love the meringue cookies. They just melt in your mouth. Shipping is quick and always correct.

How can you not love Spaan's cookies? This historic bakery is a classic in Galt.The exterior is brick with beautiful hand-painted tiles. The inside is welcoming, with vast amounts of cookies in all different flavors everywhere you look. Along with the cookies are vintage decor, including a Model T car!The cookies are all delicious, and you can't go wrong with any you choose. My favorites are the fudge cookies and the holiday cookies, which are limited edition. Samples are provided upon request. The price point is amazing, around $4 a box or $8 for a huge box.There is something for everyone here, with gluten-free and nut-free options. My husband is allergic to peanuts, and he can eat here because they clean all the machines after each flavor change.Aside from cookies, there is a gift shop inside with cute knick-knacks and small gifts.I highly recommend coming to Spaan's cookies anytime you're in Galt.

Great pies and so many cookies you can't even imagine. They have sugar-free gluten-free everything you can imagine to your heart content.

I absolutely love the garlic buns, cracker mix, and rhubarb pie. Since I travel over an hour to get to Galt, I call ahead to have them put my order aside. Worth the drive. I have been a few times when things were sold out. I keep my freezer stocked.
