This was a pleasant lunch first time taking my gf to this franchise and we shared a Cobb salad and their popular garlic chicken pesto samich do good then we got fresh baked cookies and a refreshing green tea. I would definitely come back and also try out locations the service was fast and friendly. This was a beautiful Sunday afternoon with a quiet ambiance lots of people were out and about this is definitely great for families and kids.

This is my second time going here and it does not disappoint! The sourdough bread is so delicious and fresh, as well as all the ingredients they use. I got a turkey with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and avocado. For spread I did house and olive oil. I will return again, as I love this sandwich shop.

This is my first time at Sourdough & Co, and I was looking for a causal sandwich shop. Staff was nice. I got the Garlic Turkey Pesto sandwich, hot, with everything on it (lettuce, tomato, onions) and a cup of clam chowder.Garlic Turkey Pesto sandwich, 4/5: I liked the aioli spread, the bread was awesome. Overall, nothing spectacular, but still a good sandwich.Clam chowder, 4/5: Flavor and consistency were good. Similar to the sandwich, not spectacular, but still good.I went on a Monday in the early afternoon. It was not busy, so I was able to get my food in less than 10 minutes.

This review is only on the so callied sour dough bread and a quick snipe at cashier. I've lived in Bay Area 75 years. We know sourdough bread. Colombo anyone? I think the mother dough was very young, maybe two weeks. When I sliced it, it collapsed like a stack of cards. (Yes, old saying, old writer).The place was not busy, surprise, and the cashier acted like I was disturbing her time.People have raved about the salads, soups and probably even sandwiches. However as a fan of sourdough this is A cheap, corporate imitation..

The staff working on Saturday afternoons need some serious training on how to use an oven. I placed my order and while I waited an alarm was going off for oven and nobody thought it was important until someone came from back shut it off and pulled all the burnt bread out and tossed in the trash. My kids Mac & cheese was burnt and looked few days old they didn't eat it. My sandwich was ok but they even burnt the chocolate chip cookies we got. Please manager step up and train your employees. I won't be going back and I'll make sure my friends & family don't either.
