Solorio Market

Wow, what a treasure this place is. I don't know about their other items but I do know that their asada is the best in town that I've tried so far. I don't think they pre-make the asada. The two times that I bought the asada meat, they will cut it up fresh and marinade it for me. I also had their carnitas ribs which were also delicious. The building is yellow with a green fence. It has a small parking lot. Speaking to the owner, I've learned this place has been in business for the past 31 years, ran by the same family. I'll be back to try the other items.

All I can say is, you have to try their crunchy tacos. The best in all of Stockton since Aranda's closed on Charter Way. The Chili Verde and Chile Colorado are my favorite!

They had exactly what I needed for fajita night as well as ingredients that I had forgotten about (produce, mostly). They were clean, well lit inside, and the parking lot felt safe even though it wasn't well lit.

Crunchy tacos are amazing, and inexpensive .. we've been coming here for years .. I wish they had more seating outside because if you don't eat the tacos right away they tend to get soggy

Stopped in and got some crazy good burritos. I mean just outstanding. The carnitas was very good, but the chicken blew us away. It was some of the best chicken I've been served, period. A mix of white and dark meat in big chunks full of juicy, smokey flavor.

This is one of the best carnicerías in town !! Quality meats and food!! & Great customer service they are like family!

This place is a great family owned mexican meat market. The quality of meat is awesome. The best seasoned carne asada around. Whenever I have a bbq or taco night at my house, I always come here for the meat. They also have cooked carnitas you can buy by the pound, they are delicious. The tacos, burritos, and tamales are always hot and delicious. One of the east sides hidden treasures for sure.

The taco's R unbelievable... After eating them... I thought about them everyday.. I take everyone here... Simple situation... No hassle... No wait...& Affordable

I love their chicken tacos. My mom would get them since I was a kid. But that was over 16 years ago. I recently went back because I am now pregnant and was craving their tacos and I still love them I was butthurt they took away their iconic sticker machine :( anyways. I've always loved messy food. they fill up the tacos so much you need to use the foil it's wrapped in to catch what falls out as you eat. You have to eat them right when you get them though. They're easier to eat that way. Also no one favors soggy tacos. I mean no offense if you do. I'd eat a soggy Solorio taco any day but prefer to eat it fresh and crunchy if I have the choice :)
