My mistake is letting them sell me a mattress that was tore up when it got delivered. They lie so much. I wouldn't trust these people. Go to the other mattress store across the street

Wow! That man works at that building is an arsehole! He attempted to talk to me. I revealed myself as Deaf. Even I wore a mask on account of Covid 19 also I am not sure about local laws... in addition to this I don't have any virus. I wear one because of my professional work and respect people out there. Hey people... don't visit there please I want to see that mattress store out of business! So he kept talking. I kept showing my deafness. He seems he "kicks" me out. Ok! Next time I won't visit any stories like Sleep First period! That guy is freaking idiot! He should be fired!

So I went into Sleep First kinda knowing what I wanted and I met Sean , cool dude hella nice no pressure kinda guy , amazing to work with for my mattress shopping experience! So I tell him what kind of bed I know I want like comfort level and boom first bed I fell in love with ! Omg Sealy Premium Silver Chill so he tells me all the perks of this company and making sure you love it with one year comfort promise and he told me about if you find it cheaper somewhere else they price match and you get some extra cash soo boom we did that and found it cheaper and he helped me look for the best deal, like I've never had this experience. Amazing cool dude , so overalls if you're looking for the best deals come here this guy will sit and walk through this whole experience with you no rush , just chill and best deal fersure !

Sleep first was the first store I went to while looking for a new bed. My plan was too take my time, go online and shop several bed stores and get the best deal I could find. Sean was the sales person who helped me and he was awesome! He was patient with me , answered every weird question I had and didn't pressure me or try to up sale me. A few days later I was in the store with my husband and we picked out our bed!I didn't want to buy from anybody else. Thanks for the wonderful experience Sean!

My husband and I were thinking of getting a new mattress and decided to look into the Sleep First store. I was SO GLAD we did. Sean asked if we knew what we were looking for and when I told him "the softest mattress you have," he nailed it. Wes and I found one we both love. What I loved about Sean was I never felt as though I was being pushed. He totally let me take the lead. I didn't get the "pushy salesman" vibe, which is great. We got the Sealy Gold and it will be here on Thursday. Sean gave us a free mattress cover and we have a sixty day trial period and a year to decide if we want to keep it! Today I was looking at Ashely for sofas and I saw the Sealy mattresses. I looked to see if they had my mattress. They had the Silver instead of the Gold. When I called Sean to ask what the difference was, he explained it to me and then said he'd look to see if he could find a better deal to get me more money off. Guess what? He did! So on top of everything this man did for me, he also got me money back! I can't say enough wonderful things about him. Working with people is a difficult job, but Sean seems to "go with the flow" and conform to the needs and attitudes of those he works with. I value myself as a good judge of character and I would say he is a wonderful employee with a great attitude. He does not fit the societal view of salesman, which is the highest compliment I can give someone who works in sales. Lorraine R.

Went out looking for a mattress on Labor Day and glad we stopped at Sleep First. Mike did a great job of working with us and getting us the mattress we needed at the price we wanted. The next time we need a bed, we'll be coming back here.

My husband and I went in to purchase a new mattress and were greeted by a wonderful young man by the name of Sean. The only thing we were sure of was that we wanted a medium firm mattress. Sean did a great job narrowing down the perfect mattress through asking questions and having us try them out once figuring out what was important to each of us. He was extremely professional, very personable and never made us feel rushed. He never tried to sell us more than we needed and instead went above and beyond to save us money where he could. They offer an excellent exchange program, if we determine this isn't the mattress for us, once we get it home and try it out. In the end, we were extremely happy with the customer service, the price and return policy. I would highly recommend to anyone. Especially those unsure of what they want or need. Went to the other store and met rude unhelpful people. Went to Sleep First and met Moe (Mariano) who let us in before store hours, showed us everything we wanted to look at, Told us to take all the time we needed , and was Generally a Perfect Salesperson. We ended up getting the mattress that perfectly suited our needs. Moe and Sean were Respectful, Helpful and made us feel like We mattered. The cost of Mattresses is very high these days, not at all what we remembered from purchases earlier in our lives but I can't say enough what a pleasant process this was. WILL NOT bother looking anywhere else from this point on. Try this Company, You really are Important to them, They show it in how they take care of you. Worth many more Stars than the 5 you can give them.

Sean was so helpful and understanding of my needs for sleep. He spent a lot of time with me and made sure I got what I needed.
