Just a heads up if you have a party here, even if you pick the highest tier, depending on how busy it is, there's a high chance you won't be able to be in your party room the entire time - so while the kids from the party were jumping we had to scramble for tables and chairs in the main area.It was different before and not sure when this has changed but definitely makes it not really worth the vip package. I also wasn't informed of this until the week of our party when they called to confirm details, already too late to change our plans. While we were there someone got a concussion from the large slide and it seems like that slide often is not the safest so just FYI.Also I really wished that they would have some kind of max capacity or something, felt like there were wayy toooo many bodies in there at once. The host herself was great and helpful with the check ins and getting whatever we needed at the time we were eating, but probably wouldn't book a party at sky zone again, I feel like other places have better party experiences.1 star because ultimately the kids had a lot of fun and this was for them1 star for the host.5 stars bc pizza was good so rounding up to 3TLDR;Had a party booked from 5:30-8:30 (2 hrs of jump time and 1 hr for food) 2 of those hours were NOT in a party room.

I took my children here on a rainy day and it was packed with birthday parties. We were helped by a super sweet young lady, she offered us the special which we kindly passed on bc we don't live in the area. She got us our socks quickly and as the rush of more children came in. Her name started with an A, however I didn't remember her name but wanted to make sure she was recognized for her kindness. When I called the sky zone to give positive feedback I spoke to a male manager who said it was against their policy to confirm or deny private information, which 100% I understand and respect. But when I asked if he would be able to share my positive feedback with the team or management he replied "that is out of my hands" hope she gets promoted to his job

They gave us a hard time for wearing socks from another trampoline gym.The lady told us those are "regular socks and unsafe".I asked my kid took them off to show her the bottom is grippy and even have name of the trampoline gym on top.At the end, she gave us a free pair of theirsocks to swap out.I appreciate the free socks but if it about your merch not about safety, please be honest.

Birthday parties are great to have here! I've had several over the years for both kids and it is so nice not to have to worry about much other than cake and invites. Kids always love coming here!I appreciate that they upgrade their equipment/spaces every few years or so though one time it resulted in them closing for over a week and though I had 3 memberships, they offered nothing for the inconvenience (not even an extension or discount) which I thought was pretty terrible.I am also not rating them higher because their staff attentiveness and work ethic is very all over the place. Some of them do not actual supervise or enforce basic rules and etiquette while they are "on shift" which has been borderline dangerous for my kids at times. Their cafeteria has a nice selection of food and snacks. It does get busy here on weekends so be aware if you are like me and prefers the lighter crowds. My kids love coming here though!

I had a lot of fun here, as did the kids!Came here with a large group of people for a birthday party. THe service was good, everyone was super nice. They answered all the questions I had. The piza was really good, the fries were great. I feel the food was good too. They had socks there which was cool.

Update: I will say that this place can be absolutely nuts on the weekends. The typical scenario of parents sitting on their fat asses, staring at phones with their mouths hanging open, while kids runamuck. I feel sorry for the staff trying to manage this chaos. Five Stars for the Bday Party 3 or 4 for the weekend situation We had our 9 year old's bday party here (March 2024) She is our little wrecking ball and she never stops moving. If you have a party, they basically take care of everything. When I booked online it was simple and fast. They're currently offering a discount for weekday parties. The check in desk can get a little cray- cray, but the staff remained pleasant under pressure. It is so convenient that they let you bring in outside food. They have a refrigerator and freezer space available. I brought my own veggies, fresh fruit, and crackers along with cake and ice cream. . I also brought lemonade and sparkling water in addition to the pitchers of soda included in the party package. I chose to order their pizza and a platter of their fries out of convenience. Much to my surprise, the pizza was very good! Much better than the old days of disappointing Chuck E. cheese, or greasy cheap Pump it Up. The fries were devoured quickly, and it was a good call. The Young Man who helped us with our party was literally my right hand man! "You, forgot the candles? That's Ok, I'll grab some. Do you need a lighter?" The kids had so much fun. Jumping, sliding, basketball, dodgeball, foam pit, so many opportunities for these active little animals. The only thing lacking was emphasis on the birthday kid. The T-shirt included in the party package is cute, but they need a little chair or special spot for a birthday Queen or King to have a photo opp. Maybe a designated Bday wall to stand at for pictures. Thanks Sky Zone, we'll be back for more fun soon.

The park is pretty good except there ginormous slide, the first few times I went on it I was okay . But the last time like regular it was fine at first but when it's supposed so push you up in the air and land you on the cushions under the slide , I lost speed and just flopped over . It was horrible my back was hurting so bad , it was a horrible landing . Landing almost like my body was folded in half backwards . No staff thought to help , and watching in the back ground it happened to a lot of other people . My back was hurting for hours after , eventually I was okay but that was a horrible way to end my experience there . Thank for reading!

I was here with my toddler for a birthday party. Pros: My toddler loved it. There is a designated zone for the birthday party host and guests where they served pizza, chicken tenders, waffle fries, and the birthday cake. Each kid got a pair of socks, and they were free to explore.Cons: Crowded. Small zone for kids under 6. Jump at your own risk if you have small kids.I wish they had a separate jumping area for the smaller kids, but if you have a child that can evade the people who are larger than them, then it's quite fun.

The trampoline park formally known as Rockin Jump has renovated and is now called Sky Zone! We've attended a couple parties here both with Rockin Jump and Sky Zone. We definitely like what they've done with the place! Created a safer space for the 6 year olds and under which is a pretty big play structure! They also added 2 huge slides and a fun little basketball court. We recently held my kids bday here. Logan was an amazing host. From start to finish, Logan made sure we were taken care of. From checking in our guests, setting up the room, serving the food, clearing the tables to getting everyone ready to sing happy birthday, he even offered to help me decorate the birthday cake! Thank you Logan for making our party experience a breeze! The food is just ok. But it's nice you're able to bring outside food. On the weekends this place is crowded and they have back to back parties going everywhere! You can choose to have your party in the main open area or private room. We opted for the private room and I'm glad we did! This venue is super loud and so packed with people occupying every single space this place has to occupy! Despite the madness kids and kids at heart will have fun here. Something about jumping, sliding and parkour'ing that gives you an adrenaline rush!

The slides make people barely go far at the end sometimes and then when the slide ends and you fall into the pit, your legs bend over your head and that really hurts! Then, your legs hit the poles. Also, a worker told my kid they couldn't wear different socks and they had to be the sky zone brand, even though they were meant for trampoline parks (had sticky bottoms), and nobody else told them they couldn't wear those socks. Their back got hurt and it wasn't a very pleasant experience. Then, the same man who got mad at my kid didn't even see when my kid got hurt on the trampoline and just ignored it when a boy almost landed on a little boy, or when a boy literally jumped into the wall!!
