Sim's Bar-B-Que

Hired Sims BBQ to cater my daughter's first birthday party/our Super Bowl party. Could not have been a better day. I am the kind of person who tends to take on absolutely everything for any family events, and as a result, I'm never present/able to enjoy myself. I knew that I wanted do both of those things today, and I don't know why I never did this before. What the actual hell took me so long?!Sonia and Ron arrived hours before the beginning of our party. They setup in the front of our house, filled our garage with all of the food, utensils, etc. Chopped it up with all of our family and friends, enjoyed the game with us. Honestly, it felt like they were a part of the family, and we absolutely LOVED the food. Ok so first of all, the meatballs... my God. I ate my body weight in meatballs. We had smoked salmon, tri-tip, ribs, pork, prime rib, green salad, Mac salad, potato salad, baked beans, garlic bread, cobbler... IT WAS ALL AMAZING! Food was hot the entire time, oh and the Southern Punch! MMMMMMMMMM!We will hire them for future events. We adore this family, we adore their food, the service was impeccable. You can't go wrong with Sims BBQ!

Finally some good BBQ in the area! So tender, moist, and flavorful. Friendly folks who take the time to chat with you. Looking forward to eating here over and over again! Keep up the good work!

Ordered and picked up deep fried turkey and cornbread muffins for Thanksgiving dinner. As always great food and service. If eating turkey for Thanksgiving it will always from Ron at Sims BBQ. Super friendly and people. Oh don't forget about the ribs! Legit, smokey and great bbq sauce.

Absolutely only good things to say Abt Sims BBQ. Had a smoked turkey that was utterly amazing. Told my family we can't do it any other way for the holidays. Delicious flavor and hella tender. Also, Sims BBQ catered the memorial service for my father. On a super tough, emotional day Ron made everything absolutely perfect. Food was delicious and all enjoyed. Anytime I want barbecue, this where I'm going If I can. 10/10 recommend.

There are not enough adjectives to describe Sim's Bar B Que. The first ones that come to mind are, professional, magnificent, and delicious. When you hire Sim's you can relax and know that you are in for a fantastic treat. To say that Ron takes his business and his food seriously is and understatement. You shouldn't take my word for it try it for yourself. We have had Sim's caterer an event and smoke our Thanksgiving turkey. Wonderful both times!!

Third year of buying a deep fried Thanksgiving turkey from Sim's Barbecue. Far and away the most delicious turkey I've ever had!

We ordered a deep fried Turkey for Thanksgiving and Ron delivered! Even went out of his way to find us a slightly smaller bird since we had a smaller group. The turkey itself was very well seasoned, juicy, and was nicely wrapped for transport. Way better than the chemical induced nonsense from Boston Market. Absolutely delicious!!!

We have been wanting to get a deep fried Turkey for thanksgiving for years and finally decided to do so this year. I found Sim's on Yelp and the Turkey looked so good. I contacted Ron and the ordering process was extremely quick and simple. We ordered a Turkey as well as a smoked brisket. The pickup process on thanksgiving day was very easy as well. Both the Turkey and brisket were juicy, perfectly seasoned, and perfectly cooked. We will definitely be ordering from you guys again next year! Take care.

Food came out fast and quick. Lots of flavor. Potato salad was awesome as well you can tell love was put into it.

This year we were hosting the Thanksgiving dinner at my house for my whole family of 16 people. My kids were visiting from out of state and I wanted to spend more time with them rather than in a kitchen. Besides, I wanted something we have not tried before -deep fried turkey. I found Sim's BBQ and ordered it from them. It was a very smart choice. The ordering, payment and pickup process was easy. Ron has the operation organized very smartly. The turkey was prepared on time and it was delicious. Everybody liked it very much. The most importantly - it was a stress free experience for me.
