Owner called my sister an extortionist because house did not appraise for the amount of the offer. Wanted us to cut our selling price rather than have the buyer honor their non-contigent offer. Note: You are representing US not, the buyer. How dare you call YOUR CLIENT an extortionist!!Forward 2 years, contract to sell house expired. I called and asked them to pick up sign. He later calls back and tells me he can sell my house for 'x' amount of $'s ($93,000) BELOW market/appraised value. Didn't call for you to SELL my house, called for you to REMOVE your sign (Assured me that sign would be removed in 24hours). His response, "I can tell that you are VERY difficult to work with". Two months later, sign is still there. BTW, house sold for $110,000 more!! Get to know your market and SERVE your CLIENT, not yourself!!
