Sylveria's Flowers at Lincoln Center in Stocktin, CA ....Service was A-1. Great Selection of Flowers and Ribbons was available for us. And the pricing was very fair! We just dropped in about a week before our event and the staff was very helpful. We loved our buttoner and wrist corsage combo that this florist shop made for our girl and her date! Fabulous Flowers! Definitely Recommend this Floral Shop!

By surprise, I had the most beautiful bouquet delivered to my house. The pictures really do no justice on how large this bouquet is. The women who delivered was very friendly and made sure I was able to hold them, because it's so large. They are gorgeous!!!

This florist has very expensive. We ordered two flower leis. I picked them up a week apart. The first one was thick and beautiful. It seemed like it was done in-house, wrapped in paper with a beautiful bow. The next week I picked up the second one. It was much smaller. It looked like the leis they sell at the grocery store. It was packaged in a plastic container and not nearly as nice as the first one. It was very disappointing. These leis cost almost $100 each. It almost seemed like they ran out of time and skipped across the street to Safeway to get one. Also, when we ordered, the sales associate didn't show us any pictures or give us a choice of colors. We were told it all depended on what flowers were available. I actually felt like I was bothering them. All in all, I didn't feel comfortable and I probably won't be returning.

Love Silveria's! I moved out of the area ten years ago and use them for all my flower delivery needs now. They always do an excellent job and even do very short notice, including same day! There's no one comparable in the area that does elegant flowers like they do. Thanks, Silveria's!!!

Beautiful shop with lots to choose from, but the product and customer service was a lot better "back in the day". I won't shop where people don't appreciate my patronage. Delivery fee is ridiculously high and the size of their bouquets are diminishing over time.I wish Connie never retired, or just bought the place, really....

I had my wedding flowers produced from this company.My bouquet had dead wilted or black roses that had to be removed. My venue was in Sacramento and the flowers had to be transported. I had a family member pick them up for delivery to my event. The flowers were not boxed for transport and were at risk for damaging. That being said the order was late for pick up and had to be put in a container supplied by my family. Since the arrival of my order was also delayed several of my wedding photos were missing the flowers and very upsetting for me.When I was given my bouquet there were flowers that literally fell off the arrangement. Flowers were loose in the oasis foam used with the spray holder.I didn't see how the boutonnière's were packaged but the grooms had an orchid which fell off and was left with only a green stem for pictures. I hadn't noticed that the flower had fallen off and again was extremely upset with the lack of production and care taken by Silveria's in their preparation of my order.I had gone into the business a week before to verify that my order would be completed on time and added an additional boutonnière for the officiant.I have spoken with the manager and she has advised me that she would refund the grooms boutonnière but the balance is still pending.My day was supposed to go through without any issues but Silveria's handling of my flowers caused not only my memories in pictures but caused me angst and distress in a day which can never be reversed or replaced.I am waiting to hear back from the manager upon my husband's communication with her.I have purchased many items from this business in the past and will consider looking for a new business to use for my plants and flowers in the future. Please use any other florist for your wedding event if you want your day ensure that your day will be everything that you desire.

Love this place. They have the cutest gifts and single flowers. I absolutely loved the floral bouquet my friend bought me! Gorgeous flowers and greeted with warm smiles when I went in.

I love supporting smaller flower shops, and especially Silveria's because they always make beautiful bouquets with the most beautiful flowers. The quality is always hands down the best I've ever seen! The bouquets always show up looking the same and sometimes better than what was in the picture when I ordered online. I can't speak to the customer service because I have always ordered from their website to be sent.The only downside is it is expensive, I always spend over $100 but like I said the quality is always there.

Always a great selection of flowers and arrangements. This most recent trip I ordered two orchid leis for graduation. One white and the other purple. Both were beautiful, fresh and full! If you're looking for a nice arrangement this is the place!

They do not deliver what they say they're going to deliver and when they do, they die in two days the lady that you deal with at the desk has no personality. She's very rude. It was the worst money I have ever spent.
