Silva's Taqueria

My family and myself have been coming here since we were little kids and even before that! For me 23 years! I will drive or fly just to stop and get the best most AMAZING flavor I've ever had in my life from Silvas!! The people who work this truck are absolutely incredible at their jobs and I will always appreciate them for making such delicious food and creating the best environment for my family and myself. I can't wait for my next trip to get my next fill!THANK YOU SILVAS

Silvia's taco truck use to be higher on my list but now the prices are just getting absurd and the quality of the food is not what it used to be. There are much better taco trucks in Turlock. Even the taco trucks next to Silvia's are better now. I'm not sure what happened, but it's not the same anymore.

Our family has been coming here since the early 90s and we still crave this place every single day. Burrito supreme extra sour cream please!!! Everything is delicious on the menu, there is parking right by the food truck as well and the service is always great too. I love their mixture of spicy pickled peppers and onions and carrots. YUM!!

One of THE BEST taco trucks in Turlock! Their food is so delicious and flavorful. Portions are perfect and the price is on point. We have been going here to eat for years.

When in Turlock, gotta hit up this taco truck for a burrito. Da hubs grew up in Turlock but no longer lives there, so on our way back home from Yosemite to the Bay, we stopped by Silva's for lunch. He got tacos and me, an al pastor supreme burrito. He ate about 1/4 of it with shared bites between and that's the only way I managed to finish it, otherwise I would've eaten half and saved the rest. Food is bomb. Service is nice. Price is great. This taco truck never disappoints.

This taco truck is in a parking spot with three other taco trucks. I tried it and it was good. I got the asada tacos and the carnitas tacos. They were good classic and simple tacos. I also tried the ceviche wish was a little bit salty, but maybe that's just me. It's also cool they they have outside seating. The cashier was really nice and they accept credit cards!

This truck means a lot to my friend who grew up eating here. It became special to me and my other co-worker. This place serves up great juicy lengua in their burritos. I also like their tacos. I thought their chicken was alright; a bit too damp and soggy. I thought the lengua was tender and juicy but lacked some salt and flavor. Overall, this choice is a good one!The food is pretty good here but it made things better with the experience of eating outside and just knowing that this place is consistent and serving for years. If you're looking for a quick easy fix, come here to Silva's!

I consider myself an expert on Taco Truck. I work in Stockton which is home of the incredible taco trucks. Nothing compares to Stockton trucks. Anyway, I live on Modesto and have eaten at trucks in Modesto and all the surrounding cities. None of the taco trucks are even OK imo. I went to this one today at the urging of my daughter. My burrito was super good! Almost as good as a Stockton taco truck Best flavor of any truck in Turlock or Modesto!
