Horrible service, was not properly accommodated with customers. Kicked us out after our reservation. unacceptable for customer service to be treated like this. NEVER GOING BACK !!

Food was fresh and delicious. We love the friendly atmosphere and enjoyed coming with our kids!

A fun experience, especially for kids. The food from the grill is really good and the chefs are great. The sushi is also good. An overall great experience.

Great Food, Great Service overall it was a great day with our Chef/Cook Jonathan. We went in to Celebrate a birthday. Thank you all and a Big Thanks again to Jonathan. I have been to Shirasoni before and Jonathan was our Chef/Cook again he always puts on a great show and makes great food.

talk about a great experience! Staff and chef were all exceptional. The environment is loud and very hot, considering you have a 5 foot burst of flames 3 feet in front of you that feels as though your facial hair was cinched off in two seconds flat. If you could handle that, you're in for a great time. Thanks, for the experience, Shi Ra Soni!

So bummed this place has continued to decline. Tonight we went for our normal meal - chef was good and that is the ONLY reason for the two star review. The waitress was rude from start to finish. My bf requested a cocktail that ended up being watery and had zero flavor. He took ONE sip and was told he would still have to pay for it. He had ordered a beer afterwartds and they took the drink away- which was fine. However upon check out we were told they wouldn't honor a credit and charged the full amount. The restaurant is incredibly hot. Today is 113 degrees, we arrived right at 4:30 and were told that it'sDue to the stoves...huh?! WeWe're the first to arrive at their dinner- I'm sorry but they clearly use that as an excuse for not wanting to lower the air conditioning. Our entire table was literally sweating at the table. I couldn't wait to leave. They must be very hard up for $ because between the air and charging full price for a cocktail that had one sip taken out- worst service Ever! Boo!
