We stay here every summer and it's always a great time! From Pine Cone to Camp Sunshine, the stay has always been amazing and the cabins are very well maintained. Great locations close to the lake, amazing restaurants, and mini golf! We'll be back every summer for years to come. Thanks!

I've rented many cabins through this property management throughout the years and I've never been disappointed. All the cabins that I've visited have been clean, well equipped and best of all, great locations all in Twain Harte. Diane has always been great to deal with, very informative, quick responses and flexible with check in/ check out times. The best cabin by far is the Pinecone A....huge, clean, well equipped and property backs up to the lake....peaceful, beautiful and just exactly what my huge family needed. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

The owner Diane is exceptional. She's professional and responsive. She is honest and helpful. She came to meet us after hours. She went above and beyond to help us after a disappointing experience through another rental company in Twain Harte. I will only rent vacation homes through Shadow Ridge. This place was not just roomy and spacious, but it was beautiful and homey. There was 10 of us who stayed in the bear country cabin and we all couldn't have been happier. The place was very clean and had everything you can possibly need, including pans, plates, cups, and utensils. The three bedrooms were very spacious, Room 1 : 1 Bed and Bunk Bed, Room 2: queen Bed, and Room 3: King bed with pull out. IT also had two pullout couches in the living room. They supplied us with plenty of board games, free wifi, and also a fooseball/pool table that my younger siblings could not stop playing. Diane, the Lady who helped us reserve everything, was very very helpful and provided us with clear instructions on how to arrive and what to do when we got there. Overrall, it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely do business with them in the future.

First time working with this company. Very easy to work with! Diane was quick to respond to any questions or concerns of ours, haven't left yet so hopefully departure and return deposit goes well.

Just rented from Shadow Ridge Vacation Rentals in Twain Harte, dealing with Diane was great, she was helpful and very nice. The 2 room cabin was nice, clean & fully functional. No A/C, not great lighting, but very good Wi-fi. We were able to use the lake for one of the days, the lake is nice, we we're not aware of the restrictions at the lake, such as no coolers or food. We had packed a cooler with water, soft drinks, and had a bag of food (chips, snacks, etc), we were very disappointed to come to the front gate at the lake, just to realize we couldn't bring those items in. They did have a snack shack, so I suppose that's why they don't allow food and or drinks, they would rather you buy it from them. All in all, our cabin was functional and we had a good time.

Excellent service. Diane helped me out a lot. Very responsive via email. Instructions were clear. Took care of everything. Very pleasant experience. Good price.A group of us stayed at a particular cabin rented by them called Camp Sunshine. 4 TVs with DVD players, game room (bumper pool & hand shuffleboard, plus outdoor ping pong table), a den and living room, 4 bedrooms (2 rooms with a double each - says queens but are too small, room with 2 twins and room with 2 bunk beds). Sleeps 10 in beds, plus another 2 on couches or cushions on floor. Small kitchen and eating area, but there is one large table we fit all 12 of us around in the living room, plus a nice-sized table in the den. Oh, and did I mention the hot tub??
