New ownership, new way of doing things. Poor communicators to say the least. I had terrible luck trying to reach them during normal business hours in a timely fashion....now this happened. They recently had a break in and it doesn't look like they are going to cover tenant damages from what they wrote here. Terrible to hear for the tenants. Absolutely wrong. If you fail to instal cameras and protect the property, you should cover damages sustained by your failure. Just my $0.02. I won't store my rig there anymore. Tenants beware!"As a current tenant of Shadow Lakes RV and Boat Storage, we wanted to notify you of a recent event that impacted a handful of our valued customers.On Monday, December 18th, unidentified burglars breached the storage facility. Although the gate was secure and a security guard was on duty within the Shadow Lakes development, the burglars did gain access into one vehicle and attempted 3 others. All effected tenants have been notified and are actively cooperating with authorities as a Police Report is compiled and submitted.If you notice any damage to your property that you think may have been caused by the persons who breached the facility, please contact us and we will give you the police report # associated with the event.We would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone of the value of carrying updated insurance for your RV, boat, trailer or other property. We do require all tenants to hold active insurance policies as a clause of our Rental Contract. We are committed to providing a safe, secure and regularly monitored storage facility, but remind you that only tenant-held insurance can protect against unexpected damage or property loss. "

Impossible to get hold off. Claim they did not get several Emails of call. Something is wrong here. I wrote this a few weeks ago. Just went to their website. It says 2 spaces available...book online. I clicked the button....you guessed it. No space available.

We have stored our variety of campers and now our class A motorhome there for more than 15 years and we have had amazing service and it has been secure and safe also easily accessible when we have needed to work on or move our RVs.
