AMAZING and Top notch service. It was so easy to book with them and they are 100% reliable. I highly recommend them. We booked a Disney character and a balloon artist with them. Ariel showed up with Moana and they were both amazing and talented. Ariel was super talented and we all felt like we were transported to Disneyland. She stayed in character the entire time. Make sure to TIP your characters and artists! They put so much hard work in what they do. I repeat - highly recommend them! Call them now. they will elevate any party. Thank you Sevilla Magic FX for making our daughter's 8th birthday so memorable. She will never forget this day.

My son had the best time with his spider friend! Our special guest was a hit and so sweet he gave everyone attention and made the entire experience amazing!He was punctual, great communication, and great with the kids! We loved him and definitely recommend!

We found Sevilla Magic FX when I was struggling to find a company that had a live action Little Mermaid for my daughter's birthday party. Julio was super responsive and the process to book was really easy. He confirmed the day before, and Jordynn showed up with no issues. She was FANTASTIC, and the kids loved interacting with her. The most hysterical moment happened when she asked one of the kids what his favorite food was, and he said sushi. Her look of shock was so natural! The kids definitely thought she was the real Ariel. We would 100% recommend this company, and we will use them again in the future.

i was browsing for a magician and came across this company. which actually have hired before for star wars charecters. i can't believe i never posted a review! they were perfect! my son LOVED it!!!

I booked Spiderman for grandkids birthday. My grandson loves Spiderman. I originally booked them for early March, then it rained every weekend in March. They were so kind in letting me reschedule twice. When the day finally came Spider showed up on time and stayed a full hour. He was amazing with the kids. This was some of the best money ever spent. I highly recommend and would definitely do it again. The joy it gave my grand kids was priceless. I really appreciate how accommodating they were about letting me reschedule twice.

I can't give ZERO stars because that's what this company gave me. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I booked a Spiderman character back in Feb/March, early enough to get things planned for my son's birthday party for end of April. Fast forward to the day of the party and noticed that our ordered character was 15 minutes late. I contacted SMFX for spideman's whereabouts because our little ones were getting restless. I get a return call from SMFX saying that Spiderman OVERLOOKED his schedule and will be at our event in 30 minutes. My son's party was in a time specific reserved space and by the time Spiderman arrives, he would only have 10 minutes to entertain 25 4-5 year olds. I was then furious as I know this would break my son's heart. I told SMFX I want a refund and I will tell ALL the parents that attended our party to NEVER book with a flaky company. I should have trusted my gut and confirmed with SMFX the day before. They confirmed 4 days prior to the event and never confirmed the day before. SMFX kept on apologizing and there is no way to understand that trying to make up this moment with children is long gone. He wanted to enjoy a special character he admired with his friends and texting to give my son a private visit will not make up the moment you wasted. You had your moment to shine and you totally blew it. This is not a company to depend on for adding special glitter to your child's day. I'm sure my event means NOTHING to this company but I will always remember to never handle business with them ever again since they deal with a child's special day.

This company was amazing!!! I booked Spiderman and the Black Panther for my son's birthday party and they were wonderful. They went above and beyond to make his day special. They entertained 25 kids for an hour, took them through super hero training and made the party out of this world. Julio the booking person was responsive and friendly. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend them. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We hired Princess Elsa for our daughter's 4th birthday, and she was incredible. She kept all of the little girls busy for 90 minutes with princess training, story time, a snowball game, singing and dancing. She stayed perfectly in character the whole time, even while the kids asked her tons of questions about Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, and Belle. Her singing voice was amazing! This was a great experience, from when I first called and someone answered the phone and gave me all the info I needed (compared to two other companies I contacted first because they were closer to where I live, but I left multiple messages and never heard from anyone), to Elsa showing up on time and being totally amazing. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday so special.

Sevilla Magic Fx saved the day with a last minute booking just a few hours prior to party as the spiderman we booked elsewhere cancelled on us. Julio communicated fast and was able to secure spider-man for us!!!! Spider-man (Drew) was amazing!!! He got there a little early to call and go over his entrance and plans for the children. My son was sooooo shocked and excited. Drew did an amazing job and even the adults felt like it was truly spiderman there. He had many fun activities planned for the kids and gave my son a spider-training certificate which he has held onto so closely since receiving. This was the best thing that could happen on his birthday. I will continue to book with Sevilla for future events. 5 stars for the company and 5 stars for Drew. Amazing

So rude and completely unprofessional. He couldn't tell me about availability and when texting me over 24 hours after my phone call scolded me for finding another company.His comment is hilarious! He never asked me to wait 24 hours, but told me he would get back to me because he was unable to know availability because he doesn't live in the area. In fact, I told him I was going to continue looking for available companies since he didn't have the ability of knowing his schedule. Then when he finally decided to get back to me and I had already found someone and booked them he was upset and I found his behavior and responses rude and ridiculous and I informed him of this. He was upset with me for not waiting though I needed to book something. He is extremely unprofessional, and I would never ever go with this company.
