Well maintained and clean. responsive and courteous staff. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants.

Years ago this park use to be nice, however its turned into an overpriced ghetto. Yes rent prices are high in the area, but so is the little pavement you are renting. Management has no control over the renters and there is very little rule enforcement. People living out of storage sheds and tarps all over the place.
