Sephora at Kohl's

I visited Sephora at Kohl's on Thursday, 4/11/24, around 7:30 PM. I decided to check out the Sol de Janeiro products. I ended up grabbing the 3oz Cheirosa 62 Perfume Mist - Pistachio & Salted Caramel (delightful, summery scent). At checkout, I was able to get a $4 discount (10% off in-store coupon from my Amazon return and another discount for being a Sephora member). I was truly happy about that deal. The variety of products offered was wonderful. The customer service was friendly and quick. I recommend coming here for makeup, skincare, and perfume needs.

Honestly worst store I've been to Not only were the associates rude but Also they're leads as I was informed they had rude attitudes and very unhelpful they need a serious makeover I feel this store won't last or the employees Ps the lead with the mole in her lip oh my bad I mean piercing seriously needs some deodorant

I looked for some foundation, and the lady working was friendly and welcoming. She answered all my questions and helped me find the correct shade. Great customer service!

I was treated horribly. The young lady asked if I needed up and then when I told what I was looking for. She got this strange attitude and just walked off. I caught up with her and asked why she just walked off and was told I was not the only customer to walk in. I was devastated. I had 2 other people with me. And they were shocked. My one friend told to never go back to this one ever again. I will just shop at the one in Lincoln Village from now on. The girls there will help you no matter how many people are in the store. The other thing at the one in Trinity there were only about 10 people in the store.
