I was visiting a friend in Manteca and she recommended that I try out this taco truck. I'm so glad she did!I came with my friend Saturday morning around 11, and we were the only ones around. The truck is parked in a large parking lot with a couple of covered tables next to it for seating; the whole set up is very casual.I wasn't too hungry, so I decided to try two tacos, the asada and carnitas ($2 each). My friend went with a veggie torta ($9).We took the food to go and ate it a little bit later, but WOW was it amazing!! I was blown away by the flavor in the asada and carnitas, plus they give you a lot of meat in the taco. My friend absolutely loved his torta as well, and said it was one of the best tortas he's ever had. The bread was super soft and the filling was amazing.If only I had known the food was going to be so good, I would've ordered a couple more tacos for the road! We're definitely hitting this place up again next time we're in Central Valley.

This is my go to spot I usually call in my order to pick up and it's always a quick and easy in and out truck is in front of jacobs food stands. The taco is one of the best meat is tasty and the tortilla are slightly grilled for a crunch tasty to compliment the tasty asada i normally get asada tacos, burritos or torta can't go wrong. If your looking up for tacos look no further the other are no where compared

O.M.G. Absolutely delicious I amDefinitely going back. We placed a large order over the phone for 12 of us said it would be ready in 15 minutes we arrived in about 15 minutes they were still preparing our food. No issues with me I know it's freshly made. We waited for a about 10 more min no biggie we received our order drive home and grabbed. Our entire order was complete and correct ok I will say our small orders from drive through places are never correct. We have a large order and everything was there Yummy yum yum we all enjoyed our food from tacos, nachos, burritos, and my absolute favorite birria tacos absolutely the best I cannot rave enough about the flavor I will defiantly go back just for these tacos. It's a taco truck that is very good

This food truck has good carne asada & queso birria tacos. Their consomme can use a pinch of salt. I've experienced friendly customer service. Just be aware that they tend close earlier than their posted business hours. For example, if 7pm is closing time, they'll actually close up between 6p-6:30p. I wouldn't be surprised if this is due to the summer heat. As a customer, it's still disappointing which is why I'm giving them 3stars. Other than this, definitely give them a try.

Ok yes! Finally! I moved to Manteca from San Jose about a year ago. I've been on the hunt for a good taco spot. I've tried at least 10 places. Every place was disappointing to say the least. I was on my way home from Oakdale and pulled over to try this truck. I am so happy I did. Their tacos are 10/10. The meat is tender and juicy. The tortillas are so good and soft. Grilled onions is a plus! Oh and they are on door dash! Even better! Their prices are the same on door dash! Most places add a $1 or $2 on door dash. So good I am going back today for lunch.

Got to town and was looking to get some quesbirria- but some good one because. You can easily get it wrong Did some googling, some yelping and YouTubing Found them on YouTube and had to try it for myself The 5 star review by the taco tours on YouTube was spot on! Crispy tortilla- tasty console- nice portions of meat- the cheese and onion as cilantro is all the right balance Repeat customer for sure - YOU NEED TO TRY THE QUESABIRRIA! You will come backI also decided to get some nachos and Wow! Nice portion and taste ... saved some for breakfast with eggs the next day And the bonus is that they are located next to jacobs market - do a little fruit shopping and get your guilty pleasure on Great quesabirria for your taste

Hollllllllllllly molllllllly YESSSSSSS PLEASSSSE is all I have to say!!! I had an AWESOME feeling about this place and I was correct!!! The flavors were so ABSOLUTELY on POINT! Seasoning, salt, spices, quantity!!! Such authentic one of a kind kindness from the team. Super friendly, takes the time to answer questions. just a really positive vibe all around.Much respect and see you soon!

Best mexican food in Manteca for sure! We found them through Door Dash and decided to give it a try, we have now had it multiple times and their quality and taste never disappoints. Burrito, tacos, sopes, burria they are all great and their meats taste great as well. Hardly to no chewy fat, which is great for my taste lol. Try it, go get some or door dash it!

Aw I love this establishment. Warm welcomes and ready to feed those craving for good quality Mexican staples. Juan and Yuri marinate their meat to perfection and their salsa isn't anything I've tried before. I always have to ask for extra on the side. I can't get enough! Whether it's tacos, a burrito, torta, I need a good pour for every bite. Also, this food truck serves thee best quesa birria tacos I've ever tried. Swear, cross my heart! I've taken a bite at other establishments... even popular establishments that friends and family rave about and that's literally all I need, one bite. Why? Because it doesn't hit as good as Santa Ana's. I was skeptical at first based off my past experiences but nope, I kept eating and eating. By the time I was full, I scarfed down 4 and keep in mind, they're chunky! If you want to make this experience more pleasurable, don't forget your side of consome, maybe even get two. Enjoy dunking, sipping on the side and showing some love on your carne asada tacos/super burrito.

My husband got food poisoning here today, he has eaten there couple times before and no problems. He ordered a carne asada super burrito, with a side of consome and said it tasted a little weird maybe it was old.
