Sansar Indian cuisine restaurant is a very nice restaurant that serves authentic Indian dishes. Our server was friendly & helpful. I loved the butter chicken and garlic naan. The Tandoori chicken was also nicely spiced and delicious. All food we ordered was delicious.Our experience was enjoyable and I world recommend giving Sansar a try.

I ordered a couple times from here whenever I'm in Tracy, and this place is the best Indian cuisine in Tracy. The food is hot and fresh, and the price is fair considering the quality of it all. The service is really fast, accurate, and polite. The ambiance can range from empty and chill to bustling with people and loud. I recommend going here if you're craving for some awesome Indian food.

I called at 1:15 to ask what their hours were and was told they were open until 2:30. I arrived at 1:35-1:40 and asked for a table for four. The man working looked at my family and I and immediately said "no" and turned around. When we asked why, he said it was too close to closing even thought there were 50+ minutes remaining. We walked out slightly confused why they didn't say anything when I called 20 minutes earlier, but as we got back to our car we saw an Indian family of five walk in and get seated. I went back inside and asked why they seated the larger group that came in after us and was told that "they called their order in 30 minutes ago" yet the server was handing them menus and they had clearly not ordered yet.Do not eat at this restaurant. The only rational explanation is that they discriminated against us because of our race/appearance.

Unfortunately I've had two bad experiences here. We usually order via door dash or To-Go. First bad experience: I ordered Shrimp Masala and it had pieces of chicken in it. This is unacceptable for vegetarian or pescitarian people, because meat contamination is in question. Also, found a piece of plastic in the Pakora. Very upsetting. Please improve on your quality.
