I had the best experience living here , only stayed for a year but would have stayed longer in different circumstances. Jasmine & Val were the best and the house keeping / maintenance team were there to help you with whatever needed to be fixed as soon as possible. The community totally has the family community vibes , my daughter knew all the kids lol The park is so big ! the pool is nice & cool . The apartment itself was really nice too ! Definitely recommend maybe an update on cabinets but other then that i loved our apartment for my little family. Also pet friendly! Just wanted to go on here & show the team some love they just made our experience here memorable

Parking is horrible, they allow several families in some apartments, the sprinklers water your cars they don't fix them, when you move out they charge for things that were there when you moved in, the manager is very rude, the place is gated but not secure.

I applied here, my credit qualified, my job qualified easily. I was in the process of moving out of a home. I have no evictions. Explained my situation to the Manager at sandpiper that my previous landlord was crazy and trying to double charge me. I had proof of this through receipts as well. She said they would work with me. They ran my credit, I was approved on all aspects then DENIED and she claimed bc of my previous house that we already talked about then after that it was just bullshit "well you had a Bankruptcy"MIND YOU MY BANKRUPTCY WAS DISCHARGED OVER 2 YEARS AGO. Prior to this she gave away the apartment I wanted within 30 minutes of us choosing, I went to get a money order, came back and the asain lady goes "we gave it away". Tf in 30 minutes ? BitchI told them why did u run my credit after I explained the situation. Manager and the front desk girl are literally retarded and say bullshit instead of facts. "Dont rent from people who ask for a Rental Ledger, people like that are stupid" ~My Lawyer(who use to be a property manager b4 she went into law)They act like this place is made of gold when a few years back it was shit and falling apart before the remodel

I really want to say i really liked living here management is great jasmine and jay always really nice and friendly i never had a problem and if i needed maintenance done they were always on it I just want to say thank you and keep up the good work

My husband and I really enjoyed living here; very spacious 2 bed 2 bath. We have just one car so parking was never a problem.I wondered what might have happened with parking if we had 2 cars but there would always be a way around issues like that. It's peaceful and quiet most times (except when a baby starts crying next door, which is part of nature I suppose). We got quick responses whenever we needed anything fixed. Other than that, I had no reason to interact with management other than pay rent before or on the 5th of every month and pick up delivery if we had any. We knew what to do if we had late rent -pay late fee. My husband would have preferred auto payment though but it's ok. I would have liked the pool opened all season and 24 hours but that might not make sense since the management tries to ensure safety- which means staff would need to be present to have the pool opened. Plus it would be terribly cold to take a swim in the pool during the winter anyway. The security patrol takes the job seriously! Loved the greenery and playpen for children.

I have always head a helpful and wonderful experience with Sandpiper. All employees are excellent here. The office Ladies Jazmine and Val are always on any issues that need attention and always are on it asap. Keep it up Sandpiper!

Everything is broken. The property manager in the offic is very condescending, so don't bother calling and asking for help. There is never any parking due to neighbors each having 6+ people packed into these two bedroom apartments each with at least 4 cars. Not to mention people stuff the dumpsters with pieces of furniture and there is always trash everywhere. Seriously, don't waste your money.

I absolutely hate living here. My neighbors are loud despite the multiple complaints to the office. Every Wednesday around 7-7:30 in the morning there's guys using leaf blowers that wake up my daughter and I. People leave dog shit everywhere. People leave their couches and trash all around the trash area. Parking is a nightmare. I regret ever finding this place. I can't wait to move. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I won't even get started on how inhumane they are about rent right now despite millions of people losing their jobs and having issues receiving unemployment funds during the covid pandemic. Lots of shady greedy properties are acting like this, so let's chalk it up to typical management preying on their tenants. (Although I do want to add that this property qualified for furloughed mortgage so all the money they have been collecting during the pandemic is nearly pure profit) But what really gets me is the fact that someone was shot and MURDERED in an apartment that shared my walls and the management completely tried to downplay the whole situation. Idk what I expected but "oh yeah, there was an incident" and nothing more wasn't what I was expecting. Like other people said, parking is a nightmare, trash is always overflowing, and I'm confused about the review that said they turned someone away. From the looks and actions of my neighbors, you would think they let any random criminal rent a place! Some residents are rude and straight up agressive and scary. But as long as they get their rent, they don't care about complete strangers getting in your face and chest bumping you because you walked too close to their car... The apartments they show people are way more updated than what you actually get. Carpet vs vinyl/wood floors, stone vs vinyl countertops, etc. Instead of acrually investing money into the property they have maintenance repaint the speed bumps every month and hope the residents don't notice everything else falling apart.

Me and my family have been living here for almost two years now and I have to say with the negative things I have heard and read, I am happy and like the management staff. Perhaps it could be my neighbors but I like enjoy at least the spot or complex where we reside. The con that I have is that I do not like how tenants could be so disrespectful and just dump their garbage in front of the trash areas. I don't know what else the management staff could do about this. I would also like to see security more often. I literally saw them like 5/6 times walking around and that's that. I appreciate the complex keeping up with tenant routine inspections to ensure everything is going well. Makes us feel safe. Also I think that its very unfair that the visitor parking is used as a regular parking by some folks as they leave it there for weeks on end. I hope this could be resolved in the future,
