This is by far the best apartment complex ever!! The staff is excellent, always available, professional, friendly and helpful!! The grounds here are beautiful and always well kept. It's very quiet here, no problems with neighbors they are all so friendly!! I also love the fact that it's gated for safety so I'm never worried about my darling "treehouse " (second floor apt.) or my car and my elderly Mom has a place here too so I know she is safe. Lorena the manager and Hugo and Carlos the maintenance guys keep an eye on Mom and always help her with groceries or anything, they have such concern and compassion for everyone here!!

My new apartment has been maintained very well. New paint, thermostat and great appliances. Flooring is wood like and looks great. I' am enjoying living here

I've lived at the complex for the past 4 years and couldn't have been any happier with my experience. From the property manager Lorena, to Hugo and the maintenance team, they have met all my expectations. The property is clean, safe and well taken care of. Any issues (which have been very few) have been handled with professionalism and urgency. I highly recommend Sand Creek for your next place for temporary or permanent residency!!

My husband and I were in a rush to get an apartment because he was starting a new job in Lodi. The place seemed decent and was available so we took it. After moving in we realized how awful our apartment really was. There were stains on their popcorn ceilings, hole in the wall by the shower, dirty cabinets, AC did not work, my husbands gas got stolen, and a HUGE ant problem. Not only was the inside terrible but the outside was filled with homeless people lurking around. Our neighbor told us to watch our packages because they get stolen often. We finally had enough and broke our lease. Paid them exactly what they asked for to break it and were told we would get sent the cleaning fee. My husband even contacted Lorena and we never heard back. Fast forward over a year later we received a collections letter in the mail for $55 cleaning fee. Lorena claims to have sent several letters to our new address yet none were received by us. Interesting how Lorena so unprofessionally would text my husband to contact him about everything, even after our move. Yet didn't bother to text about that? You guys are shady, dishonest, and unprofessional. It is clear they do not care about maintaining a nice and welcoming property. They don't keep up with maintenance and do a below mediocre job to fix things.

Too expensive for what you get. I had a crazy neighbor who made my life hell. The place smelled of severe urine even though the carpets were new. The stove was from the 60s and boiled food on the warm setting. I cleaned the apartment before I left and washed the carpets yet they didn't refund my 600$ deposit and charged me 530$ extra to replace the carpets they said had urine spots from my pet. My cat was an outdoor only pet. They are a bunch of crooks. Don't live here.
