I experienced a really good time here at the casino with my husband. It was super full but everyone was very respectful. We had a good time and I do recommend this place for entertainment

I love that this is a non smoking casino. The casino is always packed kinda hate to find a good slot and they no longer have table games all slots.

The atmosphere was amazing everyone was in such a good mood and the lights were mesmerizing I totally had a great time and the waitresses were everywhere with amazing drinks. Enough parking and get their hungry because the food is delicious! WIN WIN WIN!!!! But stay off my Buffalo's!!!!! lol

This is now my new happy place. I enjoy going to this casino. Plus I received my first hand pay

I would give this a 0 star if I could. Just wanted to spread awareness to everyone who goes here or is debating on if they want to come here or not. My parents went to the San Pablo Lytton Casino last week. As they were leaving around 8pm they were followed by a car and robbed at gun point. My parents were walking to their car and another vehicle pulled up behind them, blocking their car. One perpetrator goes after my mom on the passenger side and another person goes after my dad on the driver side. My mom was pushed to the ground multiple times, leaving both of her knees still badly bruised. She has been having difficulty walking ever since the traumatizing event. One of the other perpetrators went after my dad, pulling a gun to his face. They ended up taking my mom's bag and assaulting both my mom and dad. There was no security in sight and no one around to help. I understand that my parents have already left the casino and is no longer on property so they of course the casino is not liable for anything. Which is fine, but the casino has showed no type of sympathy or care for what had happened to my parents. They didn't follow up or anything. Just another day for them. Im sure this happens all the time.Please do not bring your business to this Casino. It's located in a dangerous area and I'm sure many people have been robbed here. It will only get worse. I'm just here to spread awareness. Thank you.

The handbag policy prevented me from entering the last time I was here, although I have brought my backpack with me before. I watched a man trying to break into a car in the parking lot (in the middle of the day). It's not the safest place to bring cash to... I recommend any other casino, this one just steals your money at a rapid pace.

They refuse to pay their winners. I went with an ID that had expired but came back the next day with proof I had paid the DMV fees to renew my ID. After calling and confirming that would be enough I also brought in my passport, birth certificate, utility bills and even my auto registration. They still refused saying that wasn't enough proof I was me. These people are crooks. They'll take your money but when you win they refuse to payout on very questionable bones of contention. I've already missed a day of work to handle this. Now they expect me to stand in line and miss another day for some extension form! This is the worst place I've ever gambled at. Save your money. Buy scratchers if you have to. They won't payout when they can use stall tactics and excuses not to. They're dishonest and unscrupulous. Don't trust this casino. I got burned here.

We were passing by from Tahoe on Christmas and saw the sign of Broiler restaurant under San Pablo Lytton casino sign on the Hwy. Since lot of restaurants are closed on Christmas we decided totry out the restaurant. Parking was hard to find, look's like they closed a big area for construction. Once we parked and went to find the restaurant 2 homeless people approached us for change and we gave them a few bucks and they got fiesty and wanted more money. We went inside the casino to look for the Broiler restaurant but were told by the staff that restaurant was closed. Casino was old and entire place stunk like a big urinal. Casino felt like they built a casino inside a homeless shelter. We were approached by multiple homeless people inside the casino asking for change, we have never experienced anything like this in our long life. We decided on the way out to try our luck since it's Christmas Day, that's when the nightmare started. Slot machine we were playing on broke down 4 times in half an hour. Finally a technician came down and told us that they are going to shut down the machine. We were like we put a bunch of money in that machine already. We decided to get out of their when a fight broke out between a homeless man and a women. We have never seen anything like this in our old lives a homeless man was beating down an old women in middle of the casino floor. We saw a bunch of security guards run towards our way and almost hit us on the way to stop the fight. We decided to cut our losses and get out of there right away. City of San Pablo need to shut this place down before a big disaster happens. I hate writing negative reviews but our car was scratched on the side and some homeless people were smoking weed next to it and listening to music on a boom box. Sorry won't be stopping here ever again.

Friendly and very courteous Security, staff at the card memberships booth, the servers. Servers are always offering drinks and they are everywhere. They are all helpful. We like that the whole casino is non-smoking. We just never win lol. One of these days hopefully
