Safeway

This store is a pleasant trip anytime one needs to get groceries. They stock during the night, which is nice as you don't get disrupted during your shopping trip. I came in to return some cough drops that I bought at another Safeway, no receipt or Safeway account. Danielle helped me out and exchanged them for another type of cough drop with no trouble. Minus a star because the gas station seems to have many pumps out frequently and also runs out of gas completely about once a month. This Safeway also is missing many goods and amenities others have. Coinstar is non functional as of today 12/13/23

12/20/2024: Ooooops~I forgot adding the Safeway receipt for the items I purchased! Unfortunately, I kept returning to Safeway every other day SINCE, 12/20/2024 hoping purchasing ORGANIC, Pasture-Raised EGGS . . . NONE!!!!!1/23/2025: WOT???? Safeway still doesn't have ORGANIC, Pasture-Raised EGGS????? I checked Safeway's APP--STILL NO ORGANIC, PASTURE-RAISED EGGS! WAAAAAAH--UNHAPPY!!!!

No acknowledgement from any employees when standing at the deli counter waiting to be helped. One person working the entire line and prioritizing those getting pre cooked food rather than who was there first. Prices are often inaccurate and coupons don't apply. Be diligent about checking your receipt. Will go to a different grocery chain moving forward.

Loving my local Safeway! The have the very best flowers, and cakes and of course all your essential needs and more! Staff is super friendly and store is super clean!

I've been shopping here since the store opened, I'm a vegetarian who purchases a lot of produce, and over the past few months I have witnessed a total decline in product with fruits and vegetables being consistently wilted, rotten and moldy. I thought it might be due to lack of employees attending to the produce, but not the case, as I saw two employees stocking shelves next to the rotten produce and not taking it off the shelf.The last two trips to the produce department yielded the same results. I no longer shop here and hope in the future, that Safeway management will correct this disgusting apathetic practice.

Although this Safeway is very close to my home, I will drive out of my way to avoid shopping at this location. This store has the worst customer service, as well as higher prices than its competition. I have often been overcharged on advertised sale items and charged prices that don't reflect the price of the item on the shelf. When I call out these discrepancies to an employee, it is met with utter indifference. Produce quality is sub par and the freshness is questionable. I have often had to return items the same day, such as bagged kale, because it was soggy and brown. Meat selection and quality is also very disappointing. Many times they were either out of what I was looking for, or what they had looked like it should be thrown out. Lastly, there is never enough check stands open.

I really like the store. The people are nice, the selection is always good. However, the parking is awful. I appreciate small businesses and their success, but they're building even more businesses in an area that can't accommodate the parking. You either have to shop late at night or early in the morning or you just don't get a spot anymore.

This was supposed to be the turkey club sandwich, but was made the way he wanted to make it, even though I nicely suggested and told him the way I would like it made then when I asked for a new sandwich maker was just met with attitude and told this was the only worker they had even though they were 15 workers just standing around touching produce... not putting away just touching it making it look like they're doing something and we waited 20 minutes for each sandwich to be made....why I expect good sandwiches here when I'm met with the worst experience and lunch..just got a gross wet sandwich I just gave to me dog to finish..

Pharmacy at this store made a serious mistake when filling a prescription that proved very costly to me . While questioning the pharmacist on duty the error was proven, however, he spoke rapidly and rudely to me and was very defensive while blaming my doctor's office for not cancelling the older prescription as well as my failure to spot the error in a more timely manner.I usually shop for groceries at this store after picking up my prescriptions, however , I have now transferred my medications out of this pharmacy and will not be shopping here in the future.

I ordered a small cake for a wedding and told them... ALL WHITE CAKE WITH WHITE ROSES and silver sprinkles! When I picked it up there were bright green leaves and no silver sprinkles. I told the lady this is not what I ordered. The lady asked me if she could put some silver sprinkles on it and I told her I didn't have time to wait as I had to get it to the wedding.I ordered a wristband flower for the bride and at the wedding no wristband.... Just pins!
