Impressive Birthday Party Venue!We recently celebrated my 4-year-old's friend's birthday at Safari Run, and it exceeded our expectations! The moment we walked in, we were impressed. I loved that they only host one party at a time, making it feel intimate and exclusive.The staff did an excellent job engaging the kids with games, while also allowing them to explore the play structure and slides. Parents could relax on comfortable sofas and chairs, knowing their kids were safe within the indoor, gated area.The party room was phenomenal - Hawaiian-themed, cute, and didn't require any additional decorations. The staff served food, helped with cake cutting, and even hosted an entertaining "I Spy" game.What stood out was the attentive and proactive staff, constantly checking on the needs of the birthday party host, kids, and guests. Restrooms were clean, and overall, it felt like a premium experience.One suggestion: it would be convenient if they allowed guests to fill out the waiver online in advance, rather than only on-site.We're definitely considering hosting a birthday party here in the future!

Fun play space. The kids enjoyed the zombie tag game. Employees even clean the play area between sessions, which I don't usually see - impressive. Standard party pipeline from play area to eating area and gift exchange.

Yesterday we had my son's 5th birthday party here. It was AMAZING from start to finish! The 2 things that stood out the most were the attentiveness of the staff and how clean and in good repair the facility was. From the moment we arrived in the designated birthday parent parking spot (where someone came out immediately with a cart to unload everything) to them setting up and serving all the food. Everything was seamless and so easy. I was able to enjoy the party with my son! The place was spotless (even the bathrooms) and I noticed while checking in they were up in the climbing structure cleaning between parties. Great place! I would give more than 5 stars if that were an option!

We had my niece's 3rd birthday here and it was A BLAST. I have to add that my niece has never had a birthday party before because Covid killed that for her last 2 birthdays... so this was a really big deal. She's obsessed with Lion King so the safari theme was perfect.When you book, you reserve a private space for your party goers; you get the entire play area for your guests. They had everything set up so nicely: present cart, welcome sign... staff to monitor within the jungle gym area. Everything was spotless and clean. Not only were the kids having fun but the adults were just loving it! There's also comfortable seating within the area for family to sit, socialize and observe. There's soft music playing in the background (not overbearing like in most kid's gyms). The structure is safe, soft, netted and not massive so you can easily spot the kiddos. This place seems better suited for kids 8 and younger, IMO. Everyone must wear socks to play, just fyi. My brother and I were making bets about how many kids were going to have a meltdown after the play time was over but it never happened. Here is why: After the play time is up, staff makes a beautiful transition from play time to sitting on a mat, group picture, to hand washing, to party room (for food and cake). It is seriously a well-oiled machine. THEY WERE ON IT!! The staff was so nice, organized; they got all the kids seated, and before you know it, they all had pizza in front of them (my family brought in the pizza). NO JOKE; not a PEEP from these kids! They were kept busy the entire time. Staff set up the salad, fruit, drinks and cake beautifully... beyond organized! I worked in the restaurant industry for many years and my jaw was dropped watching the staff seamlessly keep a group of 50 people (including 20 hungry hyper kids) in order. The ambiance inside is so colorful and fun with murals, paintings, paper lanterns. There are several high tops for the adults and a long table for the kids so they are centralized. There is a long counter with plenty of room for food and the staff does all of the initial serving. As soon as the eating and cake is over, you then transition to another room for last pics and goodbyes, handing out gift bags (my sister made hers). I can't emphasize enough how flawless it was. I've never been to a more fun and organized kids party in my life.More important than anything, my niece was the happiest little girl I have ever seen that day. She had so much fun with her friends and family. Absolutely priceless memories. If you're on the fence about having a party here... absolutely do it!

Very clean but small space however we went on a Wednesday. There were 10 kids and ample room to play. You're required to sign a waiver, the attendant explained the rules, and I like that you're required to wash your hands prior to playing. We used a groupon for 3 hours of open play for $12. Worth it!

Came here for a birthday party and I thought the entire event was very well done. The entire venue was booked out for our private party so the kids got an hour of free play, running through the play structure or playing with the athletic balls that they left out. I think this place is probably a little better suited for the older kids as younger tots would physically have a tough time navigating through the play structure. When it was time to move to the party room, the staff did a good job of corraling everyone, even making sure to get all the kids' attention for a photo opp first. In the party room, everything was nicely set up and the staff made quick work with serving all the kids some pizza slices and fresh fruit. At one point, they entertained the kids by playing the i-spy game with various hidden items in the paintings on the walls. Then it was time for birthday cake and the staff immediately packed up all the food after so the hosts didn't have to lift a finger. Everyone was then ushered into a separate room to pick up goodie bags and then it was time to go. Nice and easy for the guest parents and stress-free for host parents, Safari Run is a good venue option for your next birthday party.

Came here on a hot day to heat the heat and so glad we came! Genessa was kind and explained the process - we signed waivers at the front, shoes aren't to be worn on the play structure (socks needed), and kids are to wash their hands before play. The space has quite a few seating areas for parents to lounge while kids play. There are chairs and tables outside the play area for snack time. They even have snacks, drinks and toys available for purchase near the front. We appreciated the notices on the table that share they are a peanut free facility to accommodate those with allergies. Overall we had a great experience here and would be back again.

Been wanting to try this place. Came here for open play this morning. Please make sure you check the website calendar for open play hours. Sign a waiver and then pay 15 dollars per child over one. Credit cards gets charged a service fee. There are cubbies for shoes- socks are required in the play area. I also placed my diaper backpack onto of the cubbies. The play area is ONE large room with a giant structure with a bunch of slides attached. There is a corner for toddlers under 3. There are tables outside the play area for you to eat or do work on your laptop. There are couches within the play area I noted a lot of parents lounging. Area to purchase snacks and Melissa and Doug toys. The place is very clean and so are the restrooms all the way in the back. Many stalls and a newish changing table with a diaper trash can. Mostly the other parents were all nice and kind which helped for our first visit. I do wish that some parents would re-enforce with their kids the toddler section. It is not fun for my 2 year old to have to fight to play on a mini slide with much bigger kids. They released these mini stuff balls which was a blessing. This place is really for bigger toddlers/younger elementary school aged children. My child had fun with the stuff balls and the toddler section when it wasn't crowded with big kids but didn't want to go onto the structure. Would come back when my kid is older.

Very clean indoor place for kids party. They are timed, so their staffs are managing the kids activities at a very timely manner at their scheduled time for each activity. I like the fact that they clean the jungle house after each party! As the kids were leaving to the dining room for lunch, staffs are already starting to clean for the next party to come. Each areas a few staffs stationed in the area to help and mange activities They cater their pizza from taste sub, which we just had the night before. Pizza is decent! I love the garlic chicken the most and like the dough which is thick, soft and chewy. My kind of pizza. I don't know how many dining rooms they have, but the one we had was able to accommodate about 30-40 snuggly. I wish the rosining area is bigger with more rooms to wiggle. Otherwise, this is a great place for kids events.

Went here for our 3Y's birthday party. Very clean and well kept facility. Great play structure that's safe for toddlers to run around and expend some of their endless energy. The staff are very helpful from the beginning to the end of the experience. We were able to just enjoy time with our guests and the kids. They setup all of the directions we had brought, served food for the kids and helped keep everything running in a timely fashion. The only suggestion I would have is perhaps not having the staff play a game with the kids in the middle of the play time. For our age group which was 2-4Y primarily it was probably better if they had just run around more on the structure as they couldn't quite understand the game.
