They were at Sacramento State ASI farmers market. The first time I brought strawberries I brought just 3 small boxes with was $7 which was SUPER sweet. Best strawberries I ever had. They were on campus again on Thursday so I had to buy some more strawberries. My boyfriend LOVES strawberries so we brought half a box (it had about 9 small green boxes in it I believe). These weren't as sweet as the first ones we brought. While I was going through some to eat today, there were a few that were moldy. It was pretty hard to miss also, extremely disappointed. (Minus a star). Might not buy so much next time and definitely checking each and every one of them before I make any purchase.

It's not a u-pick anymore. It's April 30, 2024. The strawberries are big, despite I read in the previous reviews.

the BEST strawberries I've ever had. small and packed with juicy sweetness, they seem like wild strawberries to me?? the BEST. I don't care if I have to drive 2 HOURS to get there. i had almost forgotten about this little farm and had to search by the names of the streets which i BARELY remembered. it was well worth the hours of digging to find this place on the map, we just happened upon it when we were in the area. ive been wanting to go back and write a good review. they were really sweet! (the people and the fruits!) they even gave us a few cucumbers! :') lovely people, lovely farm

We live in Sacramento and decided to go to the farm to do some U-Pick. After looking through the website we decided to take a drive down there, took us about 45 minutes. We got a little lost because we did not know the area, but called the number listed and she was nice enough to point us to the right directions. The lady who I talked to over the phone was very nice and spoke English very well. When we got to the farm, the owners there spoke very little English but they were very friendly. Cons: We expected a lot more from the field like hay rides or games, but all it is is just a farm where you pick the strawberries and when you are done you leave. I wished they would incorporate more activities. There was nowhere to sit to wait around. Some benches would have been nice. After talking to the owner or the one in charge I understood that the farm itself was open for a long time, but they just started doing U-pick. Those who did not want to pick just drove up and bought directly off the stand. The stand itself was located right off the HWY so we could see the cars driving by, we were expecting a more farm like environment. But once on the field and picking the strawberries, the noise didn't seem to bother us. Pros: The berries were sweet and juicy, and super cheap! We were able to pick about a flat for about 15 bucks. The kids enjoyed it and we will be returning. There were two porta potties available but we did not have to use it. There were many other families there picking strawberries as well. All the kids seem to be really enjoying it. One family packed a lunch and sat under a shaded tree and had a picnic. We will definitely go there again.

We have been driving around 200 miles, from Nevada, each year, for a number of years to get a whole load of these "best strawberries in the world"! They are the best strawberries We have ever eaten, we are seniors and have tasted a lot of strawberries in our lives, but these from Saevang are way ahead of anything else. Large, sweet and delicious.

Saw them at the Sacramento State ASI farmers market. My son randomly picked a basket and we brought them home. These are the most sweet and delicious strawberries I've ever had. I'm sad I didn't get more while I was there but most of the time I get strawberries from a denios I'm always disappointed by underripe fruit. Not so with these. If they come to the next ASI farmers market I'm buying a flat. Worth every penny!
