I'm not sure how to rate this food truck. I've been trying to catch it for over three weeks now, checking their Instagram and going to their usual spot in the plaza, but they are never there. I have even gone before their posted times at times to make sure it's not me missing them. Last week, I finally found them at Last Call Brewery in Oakdale. Their posted hours were 5-8 PM, so my husband and I got there around 5:30. When I went to place an order at around 6:30, I was told they only had two types of pizza left and couldn't make any more deep-dish pizzas due to the number of orders they'd already received.While I appreciate how busy they must be, it was frustrating after so much effort to try their food. I ended up politely declining. Unfortunately, this experience has discouraged me from trying to track them down again.

slices we tried were first off huge! Starring at the through the window I was greeted promptly and they explained there menu and time frame for a custom order. We opted for 2 premade slices and were not disappointed both had great flavor and killer crust. The first was just good old fashion cheese but the red sauce has a great mix of garlic and herbs and the cheese had a good pull and flavor . The 2nd slice was a garlic butter vodka type sauce with 3 cheeses but not your average it's a mix of ricotta, Parmesan, and there bomb mozzarella! This one was called "the dude" if your eating on site it's a food truck setup with picnic tables out for you to sit and eat and plenty of of parking around the restaurant. Make sure you check out there weekly hours and location as it sometimes does vary . I'll be back asap with the family!:)

The crust and sauce are key ingredients for an excellent pizza. The two different crusts are homemade to perfection. The sauce could be a bit more tasty with some Italian spices otherwise I'd give 5 stars. Really really good fresh real ingredients pizza! Well done yum yum!

Modesto there's a new best pizza in town! Absolutely amazing pizza, both by the slice and Detroit deep pan pizza. Phenomenal, outstanding, amazing work. The crusts are works of art, the thin being so perfectly crispy while keeping their chew, to the Detroit pan with an almost focaccia slab under the amazing toppings. Bravo!

Had the vodka pizza tonight and it was fantastic. The crust is the best food truck pizza we've had and the thinness is Devine. Just the right amount of cheese. Could have used more pepperoni and basil leaves. The pizza is 5 stars, the time it takes to get a pizza (1 hour) was 2 s tars. We will visit again but when they first open.

Tried this place a few weeks ago, it was so good I came back the following week and ordered 3 more pizzas. They have pizza by the slice options as well which can't be beat. The toppings are fresh, the owner puts a lot of love into his pies. He seems passionate and it just made me want to support his business even more. It's rare these days finding someone who truly cares for their customer with the food they provide. As long as I am here in the 209, this will be my pizza place.

You'd better hope they have what you want before you go. The workers don't like to make pizza for customers when they still have an hour before closing and a line of customers all wanting the same thing. Im not sure if the workers were having a bad day but they were definitely understaffed and seem unprepared, super disappointed since i've only seen good things.
