Came in looking to purchase 3 golf carts with cash on hand and was immediately turned off by the woman who "greeted" us. I use the term greeted loosely because she literally just LOOKED up and said .. "Yeah?" . I asked her a couple of questions to see if I was misjudging her attitude and nope. I wasn't . Poor customer service and loss of a quick and painless sale . Just a word for the owner. . . If this is the face of your business you might suggest a pep talk of some sort . Maybe smile at people who potentially patronize your business looking to spend their hard earned money. Kindness is free ! It costs nothing to be polite!

Last year, purchased batteries from SVCG in Lincoln. A few months later batteries were not charging. When I mentioned it to him. He only replaced one. As I was still having problems taking cart for a round of 18 holes getting stuck needing a tow home... I phoned again. This time, Natalie, the wife... answered the phone and began yelling at me that it is not their responsibility. Go replace them yourself. With that, I phoned Bureau of Automotive Repair as I have a licensed golf cart. The took over the case. The find many infractions, including not supplying manufacture information to customers, among other invoice infractions for overcharging me. Joe and Natalie tried to burn me, be rude to me; and in the end they lost. Too bad, I thought Joe was a good guy at first. But, after several mishaps (bushings replaced, but they weren't) I just don't know how they stay in business??? I'm advising customers now because yesterday another neighbor informed me she was just treated rudely by Natalie after she had just bought her cart from them and had complaints regarding brakes... which is very important. They are not doing anything for her. Bad business people.

So grateful for Joe and his wife Natalie! We've purchased 2 used golf carts from them now and they have blessed us with incredible service and cared for us like family! They've gone way above and beyond several times to help us, including road side assistance and towing! Discovered it was user error after all that... twice... and didn't charge! Seriously?!? Who does that any more?!? If you are considering their services... trust me, You are in good hands!

The lady at the front desk office is extremely rude. The parking lot is bad so I pulled into a golf cart area just to back out and park in another area since you can't turn around. not even a minute into being there she comes running out says I can't park there my car was already in reverse I was explaining to her I'm not parking here just waiting for the lady next to me to back out so I can or I would have to back out into Lincoln blvd during morning traffic. She wouldn't let me speak kept raising her voice then proceeded to call me a f'n idiot. I 100% will get my golf cart estimate elsewhere as I was going to drop my pup to get groomed and ask about their prices.

I contacted Sacramento golf carts because my batteries in my golf stopped working. I was told I was still under warranty and they would come and pick up my cart. When he arrived, he looked at the batteries and said they were too old to be under warranty. I told him that they were the ones who told me they were in the 1st place. I asked him what he wanted me to do. He shrugged his shoulders and continued to look around. I went in the house for a second to get my phone and when I returned, he had moved my golf cart to the street from my garage. At that point he told me the batteries weren't covered. I told him I couldn't afford over $600 and to please put it back. He said he couldn't physically do so and that I should find some neighbor boys to do it and left.This experience was completely unprofessional and I am appalled by the of service.

I have purchased 5 used Golf carts from this company in the last 15 years. The last year the service and attitude has became unbelievable. The owners are so rude that you can not even speak to them with out them goin off on you. Monday I ordered a part for one of are carts and pre paid $200.00 and was told it would be there on Tuesday.. It did not arrive until Wed. so well we were waiting I went on Amazon where they ordered it and found that the part was only $49.00. I questioned the huge markup and JOE the owner went off on me and grabbed the part that i had already paid for and his wife tossed the money and at me and told me to leave and never come back. Terrible place to do business . I drove 10 miles to Rocklin and went to a dealer there and paid $8 for the same part and was treated awesome. Bottom line is beware of this company they need anger management 101..

I have experienced the worst customer service ever. I called because I had problems with my batteries they installed. They would not take a charge. The manager got on the phone and told me that it's because the had drained all the way. No problem I understood. Then I asked him about my old batteries and that I told his establishment to keep all my hose connectors that I had. He went off his rocker and started yelling at me and told me to take my cart elsewhere. Think he needs to go to anger management, or replaced. I don't think no costumers should be treated in this manner.Will report this to the owner.

Had an issue they said they fixed, two weeks later same issue again. When i called the lady said its because my battery's are low, so they either charge me for work they dont do or she is dumb and needs to stop telling people what she thinks is the problem
