We highly recommend this place. They are friendly, attentive, and do a great job.It was after 8 pm and we were in need of some oil filters and fuel filters for our 52-foot Hatteras motor yacht. Seeing as how twin Detroit 6V92 Diesels are used on-board I figured that a trucking parts company and authorized distributor of Detroit Diesel would likely have the parts and I appreciated that they were open until 11:30 pm.Glen and Jack were great. Glen found the parts we needed and conferred with his tech Jack as to which parts cross-referenced with others, since the parts numbers we had we long retired by Detroit Diesel and new, updated numbers needed to be found. They did a great job. In the end we left with all the parts we needed, at an hour well past those kept by marine parts suppliers. Thanks, Sacramento Truck Center!

We took our western star into this shop around the end of June on 6/26/23. It needed a front differential replacement. They did not have the part in stock. We took the effort to drive all the way to Nampa ID to get the differential and brought it back. If it wasn't for that fact I honestly don't know how long would it take for them to get the part. But that wasn't the disappointed part. Over all the service was okay. Replacing the part took longer then expected that was understandable. While the truck was being worked on we found out that this was covered under warranty. So we submitted our purchase receipt of buying the differential. It wasn't until 8/2/23. We reach out to Sacramento truck center for our reimbursement on the cost of the part update. No update. Now on to 9/7/23. reach out again. They stated the warranty claim was paid and they will be cutting out a check which will be mailed out in 2-3 weeks. Yes you read that right 2-3 WEEKS. I am a little speechless on this fact. We only live 45min away and we offered to show up in person to pick up the check. NO RESPONSE. I am still clueless on what kind of mailing they use? Maybe Snail mail? Why would it take weeks ?It's a one way street here. They want to be paid upfront before you can pick up your truck. Pay them quick fast and in a hurry. But when it the other way around? Yes please wait 3 weeks for your reimbursement. It not like we already waited 2 months right? No big deal. It the 21st century. They could of even ACH it by now. Anyway I'm writing this review on 9/24/23. Another month gone by. Nothing.

This is the only place I will take our 2022 Berkshire XL 37A Class A RV. I have no experience with the truck center, just the RV shop. Lawrence and Don are absolutely great to work with. I feel totally comfortable and confident that they will treat our RV as well as they treat me! They know their stuff and are as friendly as they are professional. We became aware of Sac Truck Ctr when our new Rv was towed there. They quickly figured out the issue, repaired it and also advised me of another safety issue that needed to be addressed by the dealer. They made it safe for me to drive to Grass Valley. I next had a problem with the steering, a bad pull to the right. They adjusted the ride height. That didn't correct the problem. They sent me to the right place for a wheel alignment and the issue was resolved. Two weeks ago I was there for the annual service, including the generator service and AquaHot heating system service. They did a great job, timely and great communication. As a side note, they and I were all amazed at what they found in the air filter! See the photo. I'd like to also say that every employee I have encountered there, either in the office or around the yard has given me a friendly smile and greeting. This is just a great place with a great environment, vibe and service!I highly recommend Sacramento Truck Center, specifically the RV shop.

Dave at the front parts counter is the absolute best!! He is always super fast and efficient, never misses a beat.

Glen in parts was very helpful in helping us find parts for old twin 6V92 Detroit diesel motors and an Onan generator, even bringing in a mechanic, Jack, to assist in ensuring correct parts as ours are in a marine application. Parts was open quite late - until 1130pm. We will definitely go through these guys again when we need parts to keep our older diesel motors running. Thank you so much for your help this evening!

The parts staff here is knowledgeable and helpful. Only have experience with parts department so far.

Took our tiffin there for service. Don was super nice, he kept us up to date on the progress and answered all our questions.

Called to get pricing on routine maintenance for a motorhome. The man who answered the phone cut me off several times and did not allow me to ask clarifying questions and hung up on me mid sentence. I don't believe this place really wants to make money.

After repairs I was told to report to customer service to pick up key and be on my way by the technician. One service department customer service representative was obviously not trained in providing friendly customer service. As soon as I entered customer service department this angry dude said get out and wait outside until I call you as if he had my phone number. I wanted to ask him what's with the attitude? This is not the way to talk to customers, it's unprofessional and rude.. ZERO STAR for having no respect and gratitude for customer..

they are doing "diagnostics" 1 month after holding truck. i dont think they even work at all. $3,900 and they havent even diagnosed the problem yet.and half these reviews are fake or from a family member.also do your job... instead of scouring every review and replying 10 minutes after
