Highly recommend Boris and team! From conception to execution, he was communicative, responsive, and clear with expectations. He worked with our budget and customized a menu to our Spanish theme. The event was held in a family home and they were respectful, professional and friendly. I'd hire them again!

Boris did a great job for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding. It was last minute and Boris was very willing to work with me to get exactly what we needed. He prepared a wonderful Mediterranean bean salad and a great kale, quinoa, feta, dried apricot salad for our vegetarian guests. The tomato caprese skewer appetizers were also excellent. Boris spent a lot of time on the phone with me to get it just right and he delivered on-time and in exactly the manner he promised. I will use Sac Valley Gourmet Catering if I ever do another event in Sacramento.

I was so grateful to have discovered Sac Valley Gourmet catering. Boris was incredibly helpful. He came up with a delicious menu (beautiful variety) that was perfect for my spring reception. Boris has great communication skills and prepared himself and the staff for what I wanted and more! Boris took care of me, my husband, and 100 guests for our wedding. Boris is very easy to work with, and is open to suggestions you want for the catering menu. He made a Mediterranean menu for my husband's Celebration of Life event, which went over very well. His Baklava and Spanakopita were the best I've ever eaten-- so good that guests were taking doggie bags home. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

I used Boris for a party at my home with 22 attendees. He did a great job with set up, presentation and clean up. The food was fantastic! My favorites were the Caesar salad with smoked salmon, pork tenderloin sliders, brownies and macaroons. My guests enjoyed interacting with him and really liked the food.
