Difficult to find, but plenty of parking (around back). Staff were polite and welcoming when we walked in. 2 young men at the counter helped us get checked in.The 2 older gentleman weren't all that friendly not sure who they were. Clean areas to stage gear/equipment. Clean bathrooms and sell sodas/water/ snacks.Fair prices!!Would recommend to check it out.

100 percent would recommend. Patient and friendly customer service from the dude up front with the glasses. He had a lot to deal with, with the previous party running overtime and then dealing with the birthday party I was in. Lots of kids to contain and adults to deal with. There was another guy there who took the time to tell me about what they've done to this location and the many more things they plan to do with it, which btw sounds amazing and super fun. Too bad I live almost an hour away! They got an indoor court and an outdoor court which the majority of the party enjoyed more for space. Both have views from above that you can observe if you don't play but it involves climbing ladders so grandma in a wheelchair may not be able to spectate. Indoor court is smaller but outdoor court is at the mercy of the weather and it was sporadically raining that day. I don't know the cost because it was someone else's party but I know the kids had a blast and so did I. Please know to dress accordingly. Wear thick jeans and hoodies to cover the neck area. Thick gloves would be great too. It does hurt some times when getting hit so be prepared by dressing appropriately. Also when playing in a group, watch out for the kiddos that don't listen to the rules and continuously shoot when the other has given up or the occasional trigger happy uncle who's reliving parts of his past and taking it out on the kiddos (this one was actually in our group - ugh). But again, hella fun and would love to return.

I leave Sac County Airsoft and Training a 4 star review. I enjoyed the multi playing field options. Store Staff was extremely helpful. Amenities on site were to standard. My only complaint, is as many rules as this place has. I did not once see anything enforced. I participated in a TDM style game on their big indoor CQB field and the layout was fine. However one player on the opposing team was causing my teammates to complain and be frustrated. I eventually had the honor of encountering the fellow and he most certainly gives the sport/hobby a bad name. Any who this mentioned player was not honoring his hits and after being confronted mag dumps a female player who is newer to the sport/hobby. How ever a ref. Did not call anything and the game proceeded. Due to the players code of conduct and non enforcement from the refs during gameplay we just left mid game and drove 1hr and 40 minutes back home.

I have booked multiple birthday parties here. They have all ended flawlessly.... Parents, kids and bystanders have had an amazing time! The gel blasting party was so much fun! Highly recommended for birthday parties or a fun afternoon. All of the staff members are incredible, to name a few Dexter, Sean, Evan, Adam and Troy. You are all very knowledgeable, very patient, helpful and very kind! Thank you for making my kiddos birthday parties a blast.... year after year! We will be back!

Love this Place. Adam is the best! If you are looking for an indoor facility, this is the place. So welcoming and lots ofFun.

What a wonderful place! We had our son's 16th birthday party here and the facility and staff was amazing. Most of the people we brought were beginners, and they were very helpful and making everyone feel comfortable and understanding how to use the airsoft guns, and have a ton of fun playing games! We chose the semi private party room package. It was very affordable. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks for the great time!

Alex & Dylan were my SAVIORS when it came to HPA! Even tho my equipment was way different from what they are used to & I wasn't local they took their time with me on a busy day to be sure I understood what I was doing and what I was looking at and not get hurt or worse! Problem solved a first time situation and got me shooting again!! THANK YOU, GUYS!!!
