If you're looking for a solid facility to board your horse this is the place. There are two nice-sized arenas, one covered for year-round riding, and one larger outdoor arena. The arenas are dragged daily and watered to keep the dust down. If you have a performance horse that does sliding, rollbacks, or spins, the footing is forgiving and free of clumps, rocks, and pockets. The facility is clean, horses are healthy, happy, fed with good quality hay, and given a nice amount of shavings in their stalls to keep horses comfortable. The boarders are friendly and helpful and always look out for each other's horses. It's a bonus to know that the trainer lives on site and is right there should your horse, or you, need anything. The owners work hard to bring horse people together to become family, whether at the barn just as a border or as part of the show team and away from the facility throughout the year in reining or ranch riding including conformation, rail, trail, and reining. If you're new to horses, this is a great environment to learn correctly and safely how to be around horses, how to grow and flourish with your horse or explore in what direction you want to go with your horse. If you have been in this world for a while and are looking for a place where you and your horse will be taken care of, you want to be here. If you are looking to take the next step and leap into the world of showing performance horses and everything that comes with it, you need to be here. The trainer Kristen is amazing with her knowledge, skills, and patience when it comes to both horses and riders. She is truly gifted at what she does for every and any level of horsemanship. There are yearlings, babies on the way, young horses being started, true athletes in their prime doing what they are bred for and love, as well as the older horses that have beautiful turn-out pastures to graze in and live their best lives with other horses who are retired. This is a wonderful place for many reasons for both horses and horse owners.
