So I would like to share the experience I had with the folks of RV's of Sacramento. When my wife and I decided to buy a new RV we did what most people do. We started by looking on the internet, we wanted to see what was out there and what met our needs. We have a 03' Prowler that we have been able to get good use out of, after a lot of time searching we decided to take a serious look at the Jayco travel trailers. I reached out to RV's of Sacramento through email, a couple of days later I was contacted by Reggie Rojas, we spoke and he said he would do whatever it took to earn our business. He was kind enough to invite us to the RV show, he met us at the gate and gave us tickets so we could get in and view the trailers he had as well as look at the competitor's inventory to see what fit our needs. He walked us through a few Jayco TT's and showed us how they were different and the importance of understanding why Jayco made great trailers. We then went to look at other trailers, we spent several hours walking around, once we felt we seen a fair amount of trailers we (My wife and I) talked and came to a conclusion, the Jayco would be best for our needs. We went back to RV's of Sacramento's section and picked the 2018 287BHS, Reggie asked us to follow him to his office. Once we got in his office we talked about price and our budget. At which point we agreed on a price and gave him a deposit. Now where it gets tricky, we started reading the negative yelp reviews, instantly we thought "oh no, have we made a bad decision". As much as the reviews made us worried about the purchase, we felt we had been treated properly and we started to say let's just see how it plays out. Today, we went to do the PDI walk through, we met with Reggie and he introduced us to Corbette. Corbette (great guy in the service department) gave us the walk through and spent a fair amount of time explaining and making sure we understood the features and how they worked. I couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase a Jayco from RV's of Sac and the level of professionalism we were given throughout the process, I mean EVERYONE, Reggie, Corbette and Bill B treated us well. I strongly recommend you at least give them a shot to earn your business.

No matter how badly you want to buy an RV or need to have one fixed DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Read the other reviews and take heed. This has been the absolute worst experience on the sales and/or service side I have ever experienced. Sleazy sales tactics, high pressure finance, and less than no service and outright abusive behavior from the service department. The one good thing I can say about sales, they actually called when a unit came in that I was interested in. During purchase process we pointed out several relatively minor issues that needed to be repaired. Sales said "hey, we don't make 'em we just sell 'em." Pushed back on every issue we pointed out.Finance: I was handed a laptop that had the personal and financial information saved in the form fields including addresses, phone numbers, SSN, everything one would need to ruin the lives of dozens of prior customers. I used my phone to fill in the credit app. They refused to work with my lender, but their sources could not touch the interest rate of my CU. They refused to budge on the delivery inspection fee, over a grand. After we put a down payment down we returned to pick up the trailer. Almost none of the issues we identified had been fixed. We refused to take delivery and sign any contracts until things were fixed. The finance manager threatened to cancel the contract as it wasn't his problem I needed to talk to service. Oh boy...Returned to pick up trailer and things were mostly fixed. Took it out for the first trip, found that some major appliances were not working and unsafe. So much for that mandatory grand+ delivery inspection. Several other issues found. Took it back in 4 weeks after purchase, was told they would only look at a maximum of 5 issues, and that items that were covered under warranty were not. They would fix but would charge me the hourly shop rate plus parts. Pass. It spent 3 months on the lot waiting to get looked at. Another month waiting for parts to be ordered. Another month to have them installed.I was never contacted once with an update, I had to call and be told they were too busy to tell me the status of my trailer. I went to pick it up after months of waiting, only to find that they did a lousy job installing parts. Got it home and discovered the trailer had been broken into while at their lot. They didn't fix the damage and didn't bother to tell me it happened. These are just the "high points", there have been far more issues than this. Overall the dealership is a dumpster fire from the owner on down. Poor management, less than zero customer service, and an attitude of deal with it, we are too busy for you.Save yourself the headache and stay away. If you do go here set your expectations to none and have a spare RV to use while you wait. Mine has spent more time on their lot since I bought it than in my own possession. If I knew then what I know now I would have bought elsewhere. I regret ever having set foot on that lot and hope I never have to go back again as long as I live.

This place is awful and I do not recommend!!I purchased an RV a few months ago. Initially I had a young lady helping me and she was great. Next thing I know she was told to go inside and the "used car salesman" replaced her. Found an RV I liked, did all the paperwork, came back a few days later to do the walk through and get the keys. " Used car guy" says the driver will be here shortly to deliver the trailer. BTW it's a $400 delivery fee. 5 minutes before delivery I am told there is a delivery fee. They waive the fee because of their poor communication. Do the walk through, go over everything. Where everything is, how to use it all. BTW both propane tanks are full and ready to go so don't worry about it. No. No they weren't. first night I. the trailer temperature dropped down to 52 degrees inside the trailer. Next I have questions for the service department about the display panel and the black tank. I am told by Ashley in service, I will call you back with help on this before the end of the business day today. Never heard from her. THE WORST SERVICE EVER. I wish I would have purchased my trailer from anyone else.

We are a first time buyer, we purchased a brand new Jayco trailer in 10/22 in about 6 months, it leaks, stickers are peeling off too. we brought it back to get it fixed and 5months later it leaks again. ruining the wall which showed some bubbles. now, they are charging us 1,350 + other charges . it's not covered under the warranty since it;s comming from the leak thaty they recently fixed. We're not happy since it's only over a year old. since i am upset, that we're experiencing all these problems, the repair dept. in RV Sac decline the service since i mentiioned that they are selling a faulty trailer, i told him i need to speak with my husband and we can decide what we need to do, he said right away to decline the service to go and pick up the trailer. I am so dissapointed!!

I just received the best service from Wil, Brady and Dan at Rv's of Sacramento. I could not get my stand alone generator work with my Class B motorhome. They were able to diagnose the problem and help me get it working. I can now use my RV any place I want. I will now be transferring all my service work to this establishment.

This place should be investigated for fraud. Bought a new trailer with all the warranties. Roof warranty said have it checked every year or it will be void. Brought it in a year later and guess what they said. $1,200 to fix the roof or the warranty will be void. It needed a full resealing. It was brand new! Even if it wasn't, what kind of warranty makes you spend more money to maintain than replace??? Total rip-off artists

RVs of Sacramento Warranty Service Repair Bait and Switch I called RVs of Sacramento for a Slide topper issue on a brand new Entegra Esteem driven straight out of the dealer show room from NV to Ca. I asked then if they would do warranty work, they agreed to do the work and scheduled an appointment.I meet with Erik Salisbury at the service shop and he wrote up a work order, he explained the time needed for replacing the slide topper with new fabric. I said fine, what ever you need to do to fix it.Then he pull a bait and switch by telling me that I would have to pay up front out of pocket for the work and quote $1000.00 + for the work. Not cover under warranty, and he called it an act of God. As if I had drove a Brand New RV through a hurricane. Then I would agreed.I explained to him that this is a brand New rv with Entegra warranty and extended warranty. However, he stated that air balloon up the topper is an act of God an warranty will be denied. He Didn't eve made an effort to submit a claim.Don't slide toppers have safety mechanisms to keep this issue from occurring?A slide topper fabric without the proper tension, fabric slack or a roller spring is more likely to cause the issue of the topper ballooning during travel. Any of the possible scenarios are Not an act of God.How do you determine that the issue is not a mechanical component with the topper arm roller spring or topper fabric slack that caused the issue without even having inspected the mechanical components and right away calling it an act of God. BS he is just looking of a quick pay day from an unsuspecting stranded RVr to pay up.I called Entegra and during a conversation, the Entegra rep told him over the phone to submit a warranty claim and that she would push it through and that customer should not have to pay. Erik insisted on payment. He didn't even try to submit a claim and was sure the claim would be denied. He was sure, because he made the determination that wind was the cause of the issue calling it an act of God and his diagnostic of the problem would level the customer with full payment for repairs.Mind you that we're talking about a brand new topper, which may had been installed without the proper tension or it could be roller spring issue. How is improper tension or a mechanical issue an act of God? By calling it an act of God he ensures customer to payments. This a predatory practice use on customer to ensure payment and not have to deal with submitting warranty work.Filing a complaint with Jayco/Entegra
