Just had our Genesis Toy Hauler serviced by Carl and his team and they were amazing to work with. It was easy to get an appointment, I gave them my list of things that needed to be addressed and they handled all of them plus found and fixed an additional item that I wasn't aware of. Our trailer was ready when they said it would be done. We had to have an additional part ordered and brought the trailer back once the new part arrived and they fixed it on the spot. Everyone addressed me by name when I arrived and was aware that I had an appointment. Very personalized and everyone was extremely welcoming. I highly recommend working with this team. Rare in the RV industry that you get this level of professionalism and detailed service. Thanks to everyone at RV Travel World.

My hats go off to this store unlike selling wrong parts from another specific RV store. I want to especially acknowledge and personally thank Faith, Carol, David, Drew and Rob Finn for assisting me with my new E2 Hitch to replace my outdated weight distribution hitch. No more fish tailing and extremely safe as if I was in my diesel again! Thank you all for your assistance and great customer service! Above all, you all are just great and honest people! The ROSEVILLE team of PAULA, Lauren, Troy, and David were amazing. They made my purchasing of a class C leprechaun, coachmen, relaxing and informative. On the sales and financing side, there was no pressure and a lot of patience. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and communicated throughout the whole process. On the service side, the technician showing me all of the operational aspects, was thorough and knowledgeable. We just purchased a new 2024 flagstaff travel trailer. After leaving we stopped for lunch and tried to lock the trailer, but couldn't without a struggle, and one storage door couldn't be locked at all. Also found the trailer had not been plugged into my truck, so we had been driving with no tailer lights. These are things that should have been done/checked during tailer prep and walk through. Called David and he said keys can be sticky and bring it back and another key can be made at a locksmith. Making another key from the same key does not solve the problem. Called again on his next day working and he said to bring the trailer back and it could be a day or two as their warranty process requires them to check out the problem and then order the parts. I'm thinking 1-2 days turning into, "well we're still waiting on the parts sir". I thought why not order the parts and and then having them installed the same day. This is not a thousand dollar fix. Being in business myself I do whatever necessary to solve problems promptly and with the least inconvenience to my customer. "Poor response David". After writing this review I contacted the manufacture and the very helpful lady told me they have the key codes for the trailer and she would send me the code from which I can order the keys from them or go through the dealer warranty which leaves me with a sour taste. I'm thinking "why couldn't David have done this, seems so simple"

I purchased a used 5th wheel from a private party and took it to RV Travel World for general maintenance and an inspection on the various mechanical parts. I was promised a two to three week turn around and it was completed within two weeks. All of the items on my list were satisfactorily serviced. Rob Finn did the work on my 5th wheel and explained in detail his work. He and Kyle #1 spent a considerable amount of time going over what was done. They also suggested items that could be added for additional comfort and preventative maintenance that should be done in the future to add to the longevity to the 5th wheel. From all of the bad reports I have heard about RV service centers RV Travel World stands out. Great job!

The folks at RV Travel World get 5 stars from us! Brought our 2012 Thor Daybreak in for maintenance after it has been sitting for 2 years of non use because of Covid. Everyone there was exceptionally professional. they took care of checking each appliance to make sure they were in working order and resealed the roof that has been sitting in the hot sun at our storage unit. They flushed and sanitized our water system and made sure we knew what the dripping water was just residual draining. We will continue to bring our RV in for maintenance as long as we have her.
