RV Time

This is an honest shop. We had them replace a door lock and asked them to give a ballpark cost on other repairs we can't afford right now. They did not charge for the estimates, and, since I mentioned we were trying to sell the RV (class C) they even gave advice on how to present it for a better result and response. The best part is they offer repairs at YOUR location if you are local, and you don't have to bring it to them when you are the only driver. Family owned.

RV Time is a highly sought after business because they are the top of their field. Matthew is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. More importantly, he's honest and clearly cares and values his customers. We've been in our RV while we build our house and every thing we've asked them to come out to do has been done efficiently and quickly. RV Time has always provided excellent advice and never added extraneous charges or unnecessary repairs. They will always be my go to!

I'd done hours of troubleshooting a propane leak and finally gave up. Called RV Time and was able to get it in the following week. They found the leak at the furnace, repaired it in 1.5 hours of labor. I was fortunate that it was just a loose fitting. Felt like they were honest and considering how long it takes RV repair shops to turn things around, a week wait wasn't bad at all. I recommend RV Time

Excellent service...Matthew and his helper spent an hour repairing a difficult problem with my awning, he had never worked on a Carefree awning with this particular problem. Fortunately I had spoken with Carefree tech service and had bought the part ahead of time.Repair costs were very fair, these guys need to make a living.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RVTime...and here in Sacramento they are one of the few RV repair companies that will come out to service a rig. My only complaint is they need to stop using texting as a form of communications, not professional!!!! Very easy to misinterpret the message....Ashley, no more texting....just my 2 cents.Thanks again Matthew and Ashley!

Just found a great mobile RV repair company in Sac! I made an appt, Matt came out, fixed my fridge, checked my roof, looked at an issue with my floors, talked to me about estimates for a couple things I want to do, and he showed me what he did to fix the fridge so I could possibly fix it on my own if it happens again. He even let me video record him giving me the instructions so that I don't forget what he said or electrocute myself trying to wing it next time. Within 15 minutes of leaving my house (so nice to have things fixed here instead of dropping off the trailer for an unknown amount of time!), his wife/co-owner Ashley had called me to discuss the invoice for today's repairs and to get info from me so that she could send me an itemized estimate for all of the things I want to have done in the future. The mobile call-out fee was only incredibly reasonable!!!! I have been charged up to $150 just for a call-out before and RV Time was about half that. It was sooooooo worth it!!!. Matt was knowledgeable, respectful (as a woman, I sometimes get treated like an idiot from men when it comes to my trailer or vehicles), up-front, honest, and helpful. He's a younger guy and he knows his stuff. The company is family owned and they seem to have it figured out...mobile service is the way to go! On another note, they have rentals too. So if you have anyone interested in trying the RV thing sometime, you could check them out. I'm so happy. I believe they will be my new "go-to" RV repair people. I highly recommend them...and have already posted their info and this review to an RV/Trailer group that I am on on Facebook. The group was so excited to see this review and happy to know that there is a good company in the Sacramento area for any future repairs. Thank you Matt and Ashley!

This place is great!! Good people, reasonable prices, got me in quick and solved a complex series of problems for me. I was struggling with the dealer and the van-upfitter refusing to help diagnose and treat my van's electrical problems. I was also struggling to get an appointment anywhere in a timely manner. I was considering selling my rig I was so frustrated with the multiple problems. My rig is complex with solar, lithium batteries, inverter/converter, etc. and the great folks at RV Time got it done and everything is working again!

Can't say enough good things about RV Time. They were able to resolve the many problems that I had with my Dynamax Isata 5, including problems that the factory authorized dealer I bought from (out of state) was unable to resolve. Very honest and helpful. It is a small family run business, so on occasion they can be hard to get ahold of, but well worth the effort. They also do mobile repair and rentals.If you are in the Sacramento area and are tired of the long waits, high prices and poor service of the corporate repair places, give RV Time a try. During the last 30 years I have taken my RVs to various repair and service shops in the Sacramento area. The best one of all was RV Time! They recently did a superb job of repairing and recoating my RV Roof for much less than other bids I received. Their service was quick and communications were prompt. They explained the repairs in detail. And best of all they were really friendly, nice people.
