I was in the mood for soup so I decided to stop by Ruby Thai. They have a spicy noddle soup which I like. The soup is flavorful and has the right amount of fat in the broth. The meat they use is almost like a pot roast. It shreds easily. If I had one complaint, the meat has too much grissle. I would recommend this soup to eat.

i come here after my shift and it never disappoints :) their boba teas are absolutely amazing and i love how their chow mein isn't heavy compared to a lot of other places.

This place is really average. It's like panda express. The lemon chicken and the mango chicken are most likely the same thing and the jalapeño basil and the ban ban chicken are likely the same. The ban ban is my favourite. If your looking for sweet, lemon chicken is a good alternative. Depending on whatever day you go, the quality and taste of the food varies. So yeah, its alright. Btw FYI they charge for a cup of water

Yeahhhh. I agree that there are few dishes on the menu that seem Thai to me (a non-Thai person), and seem more Chinese to me (a non-Chinese person). Sort of disappointing, because I might have gone out to lunch somewhere had I not been excited about Thai Food In The Mall Right Here Right Now. That said, I got a one item bowl with half fried rice half chow mein on the bottom, with tofu vegetables on top. It was not great, but it was fine. The tofu was like tofu-skin, like inari at a Japanese restaurant (I'm also a non-Japanese person, btw). The veggies were primarily cabbage, but it was kind of good cabbage. I put some hot sauce and soy sauce on it. It was a ton of food for about $5. Kept me fueled for a couple of hours of good shoppin.I'm really not sure if it would be better or worse than the Panda Express: It truly depends if the Panda Express is particularly good or not. But it's kind of cute in there, and the staff was friendly, and I liked my seat at the edge of the food court watching the shoppers.

I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to Thai food, having only dined at a small handful of places over the years. But that said, even I can tell the offerings here don't quite seem like authentic Thai. They don't even have Pad Thai on the menu.I ordered the two items with a tasty lemon chicken, soggy tofu vegetables, and bland chow mein. It wasn't horrible, but certainly nothing to write home to mother about.

This place is probably the best option in the Vintage Faire Mall's very tiny food court! It's directly across from Panda Express, and the two places are VERY similar, but I seemed to like Ruby Thai more because of the delicious food and helpful staff! The staff basically lets you sample anything you want. Upon entry, I was given a sample of their lemon chicken. I then asked to sample their mango chicken and honey shrimp. The lemon was definitely my favorite out of the three, and what I ended up ordering! It was sweet and tangy and very delicious! The mango chicken looked almost exactly the same but had a more subtle taste. The honey shrimp was decent, but the sauce was slightly thicker than I was used to and I don't think I liked it as much.TIP: They charge 25 cents for a water cup, but I would say it was worth it because they give it to you in the same cups they use for the fountain sodas! :)The seating area was very clean and also had some nice Asian artwork on the walls! Overall I would definitely recommend dining at Ruby Thai Kitchen if you're looking for a good place to eat at in the food court!

I'm not big into this style of food but I figured I'd try it since it reminded me of Panda Express. I gotta say it's way better. Not as greasy and in my opinion better quality. Sorta expensive but so are all the other foods in the mall.

Stopped by to try this place out seeing as how it is kind of new. Got the Pad Thai and orange chicken. The noodles were very good with lots of peanut flavor. The orange chicken was very good and what I got was all white meat. The staff was very friendly and helpful, place was nice and clean and someone was always there to clean up after the people who didn't know where the (in plain sight) trash can was. Good prices, service was very fast.Definitely a good place for a quick bite when in a hurry.

Not a bad place to stop if the mongolian place in the corner is packed. Been here many times and my favorite is their coconut shrimp, its not a terrible place but its not my go to in the mall. If youre in the mood for it grab it, their Boba tea is good stuff.
