Royal Party Bus

I used Royal Party Bus because my friend Tammy had used them twice before and we had a wonderful experience both times. They communicated very well, made the process very easy and simple and the driver was excellent. We had Adan. He messaged me hours before the event, he arrived early and he was immediately there whenever we texted for a pick up. He took us to a few stops and took everyone who needed a ride home. The inside was awesome, plenty of room, comfortable. I highly recommend using this company and will be utilizing them again in the future! Thank you Marissa and Adan!

We had a great time for my MIL's birthday and all her friends with a trip to 2 Lodi wineries. Our driver was courteous, flexible and friendly and we all had a ton of fun. Booking for a mid-week trip was great, zero stress, on time and on budget.

UPDATE ABOUT OWNER RESPONSE-- they never got back to me like the owner said. this place is a joke with poor communication and a liar as a owner. Don't even bother with them!

I was hopefully of this company but quickly was frustrated and let down. I requested a quote through Yelp which was convenient and got a few responses then silence. I decided to call the owner and he seemed short and like he was unable to talk and provide full details. This happened a handful of times, one of which he said he was going into his office later in the morning and would call me back. It was around 3 p.m. and I hadnt heard back from him, so I called again and he said he was out of town and wouldnt be available until 8 pm. This is when I decided not to go through this company for my needs. I understand it's a small company and there have been added pressures but I would suggest having a designated hours to answer questions from customers and clearer directions.

We had an amazing experience with this company from the very first phone call. Jesus gave us great customer service and answered all our questions promptly. The bus was great, was beautifully lit and very clean. Looks just like in pictures. Our driver Julian was great and very patient with our group of 32 tipsy people. I totally recommend this company. We will be hiring them for all our future events.

Decided last minute to get a party bus for a concert at Shoreline. Not only did Royal Party Bus have what I needed, they had competitive rates too. We got what we needed and on short notice. Shawn our driver was SO sweet too! The follow up the next day was a nice touch as well.

These guys are the best! Myself and 12 other parents put our trust in them to get our kids to their Senior Ball in Oakland. They communicated get... answered all of our questions. They were on time and the driver Anna is the BEST. She went out of her way to text us when she got the kids to Oakland, when she picked them up and when she was close to the drop off. She made sure all the kids were taken care of. If i could give 10 stars I would.Thank you for helping make their day the Best. We will definitely be calling them again!!!!

Nice bus and driver was good, but we prepaid the reservation and the driver still added a tip for him (in addition). When I brought it to the owner he said he would take care of it - still waiting!!

We rented a bus to take us to Harrahs casino in Ione. Celebrating my friends 50th birthday we had the best time! Lucas the driver was great.

We truly enjoyed the accommodations that provided for us. Bus was great!! Very Clean. Ana was just the right person for our group. Bubbly energetic smiling and she was a very safe driver. This is something that we would definitely do again and for an outing not to have to worry about parking or anything. Just made the trip that much better. Found the company's owner, Jesus and his staff very attentive in making sure we were taken care of within an hour of calling. Thank you so much..
