Royal Furniture II

Been meaning to write a review... I financed a sectional through them back in 2017 sometime last year I got a call from a collections agency saying that I owe almost $2,400 for said sectional that were and I was confused. I was told that I for one never made a payment on said sectional (which I had proof through my bank statements) and that I had also returned the couches (there are still in my living room).

They have beautiful furniture. Quality furniture in my book. It's just really pricey sometimes. But as far as the furniture I bought from here, they've all held up great!

Worst place to buy furniture ever we went there and bought a bedroom set two weeks into waiting for the two week time period that was indicated to us in which the furniture would be at our house I called them they did not call me and come to find out they do not have what it was that we wanted in stock he called his furniture guy which gave him the wrong information and I asked for a refund and that was that don't go there to buy furniture if you can help it

Is it possible to give zero stars ? Lol worse service ever! Came here about a week and half ago to look for couches. I found one I like for 899 , came back today and he raised the price to 979. He had told me I can get the couch for 1000 with delivery and today he's wanting me to pay 1150. Terrible place ! Don't recommend at it all !

We bought our couch and coffee table here last year and a love seat and dining room table this year, and the owner always does the most the get us the best deal! He takes care of us and makes sure we're walking out happy without pressuring us to buy something out of our price range. All the pieces we've bought here are still like their brand new, even a year later! We will keep on coming here and recommending!

we had bought furniture on credit before 8 years ago. so we decided to go back to buy a mattress. right away the owner said he remembered us and showed me 4 mattresses in a hurry. I asked for a firm mattress. and we would like on credit like before. He said okay ran everything he said ok you are approved sign here is there anything else you need I said no just a mattress for my granddaughter. I asked when can you deliver he said right now I will have drivers put in truck and they can follow you. by the time I signed and went out the door in 15 minutes driver was in truck. 5 days later I received email with the contract from Acima Leasing. I read the contract it stated rental. We were not told this was a rental used mattress and was charge over$ 536 and end of contract would be over $1,000 and every month $110 I called Acima Corp. They said they have nothing to do with the merchandise to contact Royal Furniture. This is ludicrous and predatory lending. The owner Mr. Tran should have disclosed this to us. Knowing we had bought on credit years ago. We want them to pick up mattress they dont answer our request.

So this is the worst customer service I Have ever received. The sales man changed the price on my by almost 500 dollars. I went about a week ago and asked for a dinning set and he was selling it to me for 1250 today i want back to try and negotiate and he was selling it to me for 1899. Really. The first time he was really nice and today was the worst. I don't think a store changes prices these drastically on there customer. By the way i was willing to buy all my furniture from then until this happened.

Sale Representative are nice and very helpful. Price are reasonable especially with the sales. Definitely recommendation.
