So I bought my jet ski at the boat and Rv show at cal expo. Roseville power sports was at the show. Saw the price on a new 2022 seadoo gti 170 with audio. Bought it, and bought trailer. Picked up 5 days later, jet ski was filthy, trailer had couple nicks and scratches, and rust. Mind you I should've looked, no license plate bracket, had to pay for my ski numbers, you get registration numbers for years, but not your identification numbers. Didn't get temporary license plate number at all. Definitely sketchy. Parts guy says I should've gotten one, and a bracket is on all trailers. Not mine. Now he has to order one. Sketchy as all hell

UPDATED: January 6th *I will proceed to update this review when I get updates*Around August this year I blew my starter out in my ski, I called Roseville Powersports and ordered a replacement part thinking it wouldn't be a big deal... boy was I wrong... Managed to order the starter in August. They said it would take 2-3 weeks to get here. Not a big deal, Understandable due to Covid-19 shipping has been hard. 3 weeks pass by and I haven't got any updates on my order. I was like that's strange.. so I decided to call. At this point it was early September. They proceeded to tell me "Oh yes your starter is Back ordered it won't be here till Sept 20-26th" once again I'm very understanding due to the situation, Was a little upset that I hadn't got any update from them, but it's what ever. Finally September 27th comes around. Still no starter... Also no update from them. No surprise here. You'll start to see the pattern. I decided to wait till October 1st, give them the benefit of the doubt. Yet again no update. I proceeded to call back and ask for a refund. They advised me that "I would not be able to get a refund until the part was in stock and there's nothing they can do for me", but then proceeded to say they got an update on the starter stating it'll be here October 10th. October 10th comes around and no starter and no update. Kinda getting ridiculous at this point! Yet again I'm willing to give them a more time to contact me. I waited till November. It's winter time. Lakes are closed can't really ride the ski anyway. So another month won't hurt.. I called around November 25th. I was informed by a different employee that there was no ordered actually created back in August. The only order they have from me was November 21st. At this point I was Pissed!! Once again tried to argue for my money back, once again got the same response! This time I brought up how annoyed I was that I haven't been contacted ONCE! So this time they toke my phone number down. Stated that it's on log books for tomorrow and they'll call my first thing! Which was another Lie. They never once called me. December Rolls around and once again, no update. So I call back. Spoke to a new employee, caught him update with everything going on. He stated the same as other, about the order only being created in November, But then proceeded to tell me, the order Was back ordered but should be here sometime within the week. He even went a step further to update my contact information with a number that'll Is easier to reach me. The week passes... STILL NO UPDATE OR STARTER! I call back. Speak with the Same employee. He informed me he never once gave me a date, because he has no idea when it would arrive. I didn't try to argue with him at this point it's gone on too long! I just proceeded to demand my refund. He stated he's a little busy at the moment but he'll add me to his notes and call me First thing tomorrow morning. Even gave me a time of 11am on Wednesday December 30th. Which brings us to today! 31st! NO UPDATE - NO STARTER - NO REFUND! 4 months of this! 4 months of ZERO UPDATES from them! Ridiculous! I will be contacting the company again within the week! I'll update the review with the outcome!UPDATE: I did not get a call back on December 30th NO SUPRISE! Finally was able to get ahold of them Today. January 5th. To then be told, it's still backorder. Then the employee stated he's waiting on 3 more shipments. So I ask for a refund. AGAIN! Then he stated it should be here TODAY! If not he'll call me tomorrow January 6th at 10am. I JUST DONT understand how you can say it's back ordered. Then state it'll be here today.January 6th - The company did not call me at 10am like they stated. I called them around 1pm spoke to an employee I've been talking too for awhile. He stated the order hasn't shipped and won't be here. So he'll start my refund process and call me back later today. I'll updated when I get the call.

Absolutely the worst service. Initially I contacted them about getting set up for a test drive of a can am spyder and they never sent me any information or followed up with me. I bought a bike somewhere else! Then I contacted them today to give them another chance to add some upgrades and they said someone would call me and they never did. #alwaysouttolunch

Yeah this place is not a good experience at all. I've had lots of issues with this place with the service department. They kept my boat for over a week and they claimed they didn't know they had my 60 thousand dollar boat. Don't buy sea doo pontoons or sea doo jet skis they break they're cheap and these guys make service for them very difficult. I was told to bring in my boat in on the 17th and didn't receive a call back I explained the issue with the boat I was having which was the bimni broke in several places. Was told that it was a weird problem to have and no one else had the same problems as me. I call back the 26th they claimed they didn't know they had my boat and didn't know what was wrong with it and they haven't touched it yet. These guys waste a lot of time. Before you leave this place after getting your vehicle back. Make them turn the vehicle on infront of you!

They are the best at wasting your time and miss leading. You would definitely recommend this business to my worst enemy if you want to get a job done in one day definitely do not use this place.

My Sea doo needs seasonal tune up ! Wade in service Dept was very responsive to my request, pricing was fair and he took time to describe exactly what services included and what they would be replacing. Also offered few options for an appointment due to my busy schedule. Regrettably I still missed my appointment due to being out of town on business. I'm sure I'll find same sense of appreciation for my business from these guys when I do reschedule. Others in the area just don't seem like they appreciate a customer rather act like they doin you a favor! I'll use this place in future for sure! If the impact was so positive from just a phone call I'm sure they will do even better in person.

So, me being a female, I was hesitant about going to shop for a bike alone. However, I decided since I'm intelligent enough to know whenever I'm being taken advantage of I'll keep an open mind and give it a shot.Well, it didn't go well. The financial part went through without a hitch. In less than 15 minutes I was given approval for the bike that I was interested in. Now this is when things went left. The young man in charge of Roseville Power-sports refused to allow me to test drive the bike, I asked him to tell me about the bike and he stated " what do you want to know "?. I wanted to know all that he knew, but since he reacted as if I was a nuisance I said, never mind I can YouTube it. I was never offered the low interest rate instead I was offered 10 percent interest and more. I decided to think about it so I went to Elk Grove power Sport and was offered 1.99 interest rate based on my credit score. Of course I took it, I will be picking up my new bike in two days. Echtor, was helpful he also told me that I can test drive if I wanted to. It's more to this story but, I think you get the comparison that I am trying to make.

Brought in a front wheel from my motorcycle to have a new tire put on. The motorcycle was inside a garage during a house fire and so the front rim was charred and the tire burnt and it was a mess. I was so pleasantly surprised when I got the wheel back with tire mounted and it was cleaned up so well I could hardly tell it had the fire damage previously. Made me feel so much better at a discouraging time. I really appreciate the extra effort.

Brought my Honda 500 in for a shifting problem in Nov 2020. Service had it for 2 months while figuring out and waiting for parts. Bad shifting motor $600.Used two times after, same problem re-occured. Return in April. They had UTV for almost 5 moths while they tried to figure out the issue.Now in that time frame, several calls made to service dept to inquire as to progress. Never any calls made back to me when they had to check with mechanics and read notes?? After almost 5 moths, service came back stating I needed a whole new motor, $5500!!!! Bike is a 2015 with less than 500hrs and less than 100 miles?Picked up UTV and took to Honda Powersports in Yuba City for a second look/opinion. Come to find out in 1 week, Techs at Yuba city found it was a bad shifting paddle relay, $100. Bottom line; Service Dept does not return calls or provide information as they state, Mechanics I feel don't know what they are doing.Yuba City Honda Powersports my now goto
