I have bought a few dirt bikes from Dan at Roseville. This time it was a Specialized mtn bike. Tyson is super knowledgeable on all the components of the bike and went over stuff over the phone and again in person. Feel the price was fair as nothing is free. I don't normally leave reviews, but I had such a great experience buying a used SxS that I felt compelled to leave one. Good customer service is something you don't normally expect these days with most businesses, but this was exceptional!Everyone from my salesman Austin, the parts manager Cody & Mike in service were very helpful & professional. They made me feel confident that my new SxS was in good hands. But, I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to Savannah in finance, "the woman who makes it all happen"! She was very knowledgeable, professional & made my out of state purchase seem so simple. She answered all of my questions with complete confidence. Thank you to all of the employees that made my experience a great day...I would recommend Roseville Motorsports to anyone, first class operation!

Love this place. You're always greeted when you walk in! All the staff here are very helpful! Especially Tyson! He's the man when it comes to all your Specialized ebike needs! He also takes the time and goes on trail rides with customers on his own time! If you're in the market for Motorcycle, Dirt bike, UTV, ATV, or E-bike this is a one stop shop! Unlike other dealerships in the area, Roseville Motorsports parts department carries all the protection and gear from all sizes. Colby has this place running smoothly! This is my go to dealership. Picked up my ranger from warranty work, the tires would leak air I knew this, had a new set at the house just didn't have the time to put them on before bringing in machine, when I picked up machine they made me load it on 2 flat fronts telling me that the tires wouldn't hold air at all, ok my fault shoulda changed them prior, get home try to air them up to see, and guess what both tires held air and inflated, 12 hrs later and tires are still holding some air but have also lost some air, if that's how the service department staff treat customers I'll be taking my families business else where for now on

Let me start by saying this review is for the horrendous service department and manager. Purchasing the bike from Anthony was a wonderful experience , he is an absolute fantastic human being and his experience shows. The service department however is a complete different story.I purchased my bike new, Zx6r 2023, and rely on it especially now as my car is having issues. I called service to schedule appointment ahead of time for the 12k valve adjustment and service. Wait time was a month out. I asked what time I need to be there and they tell me 8am. Keep in mind I need to travel an hour to get there. I get there for my service , the manager Zak was there , I told him I was dropping the bike off and was told to be there at 8. His response "no one told you that' which immediately pissed me off. Why would I wake up at 6am if I didn't have to? Implying I'm a liar. he then proceeds to tell me that they can't do that type of service this particular day and I need to bring the bike back in a week.I ride the hour back home and return the following week. at check in they tell me they don't have the parts in for the service which starts to aggravate me as I told them a month ago what service was required. the service manager then tells me he told me to check with the parts department which he never did. I said to them they never told me this to which he again implies I'm lying and has an arrogant attitude. They made as if it's my job to make sure they have the parts in parts department. I only need ride the bike and when I call to schedule the service, they need to figure out what they need for it. my job is to pay for it and ride it. I'm not a mechanic. They kept the bike over the weekend and I drove another hour the following week and pick it up. I ride the bike an hour home and find the bike smoking from the front end and smelling like burning. I call service , speak with Zakk again. He says , oh the bike just needs to be sprayed as most likely just oil spilled on engine or exhaust. Bring it in again, shows he has no regard/ comprehension of my time of having to make another hour trip. I was on the road at the time and sprayed the engine and front end clean when I got back. I then find the bike leaking oil from the top of the engine down the left side of the bike and a puddle in my garage. Schedule another appointment , ride another hour, at check-in they say they most likely need to order the gasket. service manager tells me just how junk Kawasaki gaskets are. He has no service skills or people skills. This will be my last service with this dealership. I will for sure purchase another bike from Anthony when the time comes, as working with him is a pleasure. He should run this place. I'll drive the extra 30 mins and have serviced else where.
