I have used Roseville Honda for all my motorcycle parts and accessory needs for about 10 years. They always provide good service, have always had what I needed in stock, and also went through options with me if I asked for them. Although I have never purchased a motorcycle from them, they have a reasonable amount of them in the showroom (See pictures).

Unbelievable what a ghost town and horrible service i just got from roseville honda motorsports n sunrise. I remember this place used to be super busy years ago showroom full. Now they just have a sparse lousy selection of dirt bikes side by sides and scooters. I literally was the only person in there and got ignored. Am in the market for a streetbike. JP in sales was super rude didnt want to get up off his butt or acknowledge me. I had to go find him. His buddy or whomever was hanging out with him made some rude remarks that 1000cc was alot or too much for me lmaoo whatever ive owned and ridden several. Very condescending unwelcoming environment i dont know how they are keeping the lights on. Worst selection of bikes ive ever seen. I asked about getting a sportbike he said come back in spring like he couldnt get one or wanted me gone. I walked away he didnt even try to stop meNot coming back ever

So I discovered why Roseville honda motorsports didn't change my air filter, because they stripped out the screws holding the air filter frame. I can't explain how bad this company is. The managers don't care about how bad the customers are treated. Horrible people, horrible service, stay away for your safety.

Long overdue review.This started on August 25th 2021. I made a call and spoke with Austin about pre-ordering a CB650R. He was kind and walked me through the process. On April 5th, 2022, I made the decision to put a deposit down for the bike as I was told there may be a bike coming in within the year. Come May, I call in to check on it and there hasn't been an update but I also told him that I may be on vacation and asked whether they would hold the bike if it happened to come in while I was on vacation and he said yes, whatever they can do for a customer who put a deposit down. Fast forward to August 6th 2022, still no word and I'm back in town. I call in to check on the status and find that Austin no longer works there and that James the manager will be taking over this sale. No problems yet as he assured me that he'd provide an update as things go along. It is now January 3rd and I called back again to see if there is a status update, still nothing which is not a problem since I understand Honda was going through manufacturing problems with their plant. June 27th, 2023 comes along and I'm thinking about canceling my deposit since it's been a year and a half. After calling in, he checks the system and magically a CB650R appears to be coming in a few days or weeks but he doesn't know. This is where things start getting upsetting. I'm leaving the country for work and I asked them to hold it for me since they're unsure when it is coming in. James told me that he can't do that because he won't be sent another bike if they don't officially "sell" this motorcycle even though I was promised by Austin years prior. He then goes to tell me nobody in this industry would agree to that, essentially calling me a liar, "I promise you, I've been in the industry a long time and nobody would do that for you". Here, I began to get upset since I've waited so long with a deposit yet they aren't willing to hold the bike a few weeks for me. Fine, no problem, I'll pay for the bike and they can hold it for me then, the only problem is now, they don't have a VIN number for the bike that is coming in, which is odd considering they see the motorcycle coming in their system. I ask him if he can tell me the VIN as soon as they are notified of it and he says yes but if I happen to leave the country and can't be there to pay for it, they'll have to give the bike to the next person. I then ask if I can have a family member fill out my information and purchase the bike on my behalf with my credit card and he tells me that no store will sell me a motorcycle with a credit card. At this point, he's straight lying to my face as I've purchased ALL my motorcycle with a credit card from their competitors in South Sacramento. At this point, it's June 30th, I've called their store a total of 8 times for updates and they have never called me once for an update. Not only that, they became incredibly difficult to work with once the bike started to come. Never had I EVER had an experience purchasing an item. I highly advise AGAINST putting a deposit down with them for pre-orders as they're dishonest and will tell you things to get you to place a deposit then ghost you until you decide to cancel and a bike magically appears in their system, only to tell you that you can't even purchase with a credit card and they only take cash or check. I secured a CB650R two days later and yes, I paid in full using a credit card. To make matters worse, they told me the deposit was to be refunded to my account right away on June 30th when I canceled. Guess what? My deposit was never refunded to me. I guess James had other important matters to do than to refund the deposit now. I call back on July 10th, this is the 9th phone call now, to get my deposit back and after venting my frustration, they finally transfer my call to their accountant to refund the deposit. I'm surprised that even getting the deposit back after being promised it was done would take almost two weeks. Worst service ever, I can't believe anyone buys from here.tl;dr: Don't leave your deposits here for a pre-order. They don't honor things that have been said by other staff, won't help you when the bike finally comes in after over a year, will happily give it to the next person instead of holding it for you, and will not refund your deposit right away. I just can't say enough good things about the service and the guys over at Roseville Honda. They took care of our old little bike without trying to sell me a new one and they did it in less than 24 hours and made my little guy so very, very happy! Our old dirtbike runs like new! Thank you, Erik and the entire service department!

Bought some bikes here a few months back and keep coming back for parts and accessories. Good customer service and friendly helpful staff . They have a lot in stock and are quick to order something if they don't have it. Definitely will keep coming back .

Super stoked with the whole team on the sale of our new 2023 Honda Grom. I called beforehand to make sure they had a couple bikes actually there. You never know what randoms walk in and buy stuff so I wanted to make sure they they had the bike I wanted available. I spoked with JP and he said they had one Grom left. It wasn't the exact color I wanted but plastics are easy to change. In any case, we JP held it for me, filled out a credit app and it was ready for me when I got there. We drove out there from el dorado hills and their whole crew in there was super cool. Mad shout to Matt in the store for fitting me up with a Shoei helmet. Dude was super cool as well. Incredibly stoked with the purchase and their whole team for making us feel comfortable the whole time.

I had a less than happy experience back in April, however, my expeprience last week was much more favorable. James provided me with the information that I needed and worked with me and I purchased a Rebel 1100T. I am very please with the experience.
