I had my baby sprinkle at Rose Bouquet and I don't have the words to express how beautifully executed my vision was! The event planner, Allison was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect - from a customized playlist down to the seating arrangements. Still in awe!

This place is awesome! The whole aura, lighting and decor was on point. The prices were reasonable too. We ordered wine and their assorted cheese spread, the spread was delicious. Joe, who wasn't even our waiter did his best to accommodate my wife and I on her birthday. Joe went above and beyond and he deserves recognition for his service. It was a last-minute booking And Joe was able to seat us that evening.To top it off Joe surprised us would a delicious dessert for my wife's birthday. Thank you Joe for an awesome customer service experience! We will definitely be back and we would recommend this place.

Updated Wednesday, 7/8/2020So on Sunday, I was frustrated by one failed attempt to get flowers for Mom after another (see review of Janet's Flowers). Mostly, with Rosé Bouquet, I was just frustrated that they weren't open as Yelp said they were. Well, Rosé Bouquet has far exceeded my expectations...To all the locals who aim to please your customers and build a loyal customer base, here's how it is done:Today I received a phone calls from the owner of Rosé Bouquet. She was so apologetic for my experience, telling me that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, their retail store has never actually been able to open. I could sort of guess that when I was standing outside their storefront on Sunday, but then I wasn't sure why Yelp said they were open. She said she didn't know how or why Yelp posted their hours, but that's she always gives her team Sunday off, so they won't have Sunday hours when they can open officially. She kindly referred me to their website. Ok... I wasn't yet convinced, cuz see, the reason you use Yelp is when you need a service and you're looking for one that is open when you need it. So my first place to look is not the business' website, nor do I want to have to verify info on Yelp with the business website. So that was the only point I tried to make to Rosé Bouquet owner was that for a customer, it's important that Yelp has the correct information about your business because it's that information that is bringing in new customers who are unfamiliar with your business. She kindly agreed with my point, and then just blew me away!Already at this point I was feeling incredibly impressed that the owner cared enough about my disappointing experience to call me personally. (I was also feeling guilty about my bad review.) I appreciated her apology, and I appreciated her taking my feedback about the Yelp interface guiding the customer's expectations. I would have easily given this floral shop another chance at that level of attention alone. We had exchanged kind words, I wasn't looking for anything more to "compensate" for my disappointment. But then the owner extended to me a gift certificate for a lovely bouquet whenever they are able to open. Wow! She didn't ask me to revise my poor review, she just reiterated again that she was sorry I wasn't able to get my mom's bouquet from them. I told her how much I appreciated her call, and that her offer goes a long way in forward thinking of customer service. She impressed upon me the hope that I give them a chance to show how excellent Rosé Bouquet is at customer service. I certainly will! Sunday, 7/5/2020Hard to know anything about the quality of the business when it's not open when it is posted that's it's open. It's 1:16 on a Sunday and Yelp COVID hours say open until 5. Not open. Not taking calls. Update hours of operation, please.

I recently hosted my best friend's baby shower at rosé bouquet, and I could not be more pleased with the service, and the way the event turned out. Everything was absolutely beautiful and exceeded the mama to be's expectations, which was exactly what I was, hoping to do! Erica and the team took care of us, and went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure every request was met promptly with an answer. I've attached pics because words just don't do it justice. Beautiful venue and worth every penny!
