Rolling Lumpia

I caught this food truck at a community event on 11/7/21. I decided to order the Chicken Adobo plate, which includes the rice, pancit, and two pieces of lumpia with sweet chili sauce. EVERYTHING WAS BOMB! The entire dish was incredibly filling, tasty and satisfying. I am so happy that I came across Rolling Lumpia. They mentioned that they are sometimes on Pacific Ave. Without a doubt, I will stop by whenever I'm in the area.

This place has the best beef lumpia in town hands down! Their ado both pork and chicken are delicious too! Love the garlic rice and for dessert you got to try their Biko! It is the perfect texture, obviously they know how to make Biko because if people don't know what they doing when cooking Biko the texture is off! Check out the pictures I posted! Only thing I can say is the parking situation can be tricky at Stocklandia, I prefer to visit Stocklandia on the weekends so I can get parking easier. During the week all the local businesses are open and I usually have to park about two blocks away and then walk back. Not Rolling Lumpia's fault, but trust me they are worth the walk! Portions are HUGE on their plates (adobo)! The staff are so friendly and ensure that they get your order right! I want to try the fried pork belly next time! Customer service. 10Food taste. 10 Food quality. 10 Food portions. 10Value of food. 10. All over score. 10 or 5 stars! On Yelp there are only five stars so it takes 10 points to equal five stars and they nailed it!

First time visiting Stocklandia and I decided to try Rolling Lumpia since I'd heard good things about them. We really wanted pork adobo but they were out so we settled on the chicken adobo instead. The combo plates consisted of 3 pieces of chicken, rice, pancit and 2 lumpia for $13, without lumpia it's $12. I thought the prices were a bit steep compared to the combo plates at Best Lumpia but portions were HUGE. Easily enough for 2 meals. The adobo and pancit were very flavorful and the lumpia were nice and crispy. The menu is limited since it's a truck but they have all the essentials I love. I would definitely return to try the pork adobo and maybe some banana lumpia.

First off, I just want to say how awesome it is that there is finally a Filipino food truck here in Stockton! Being a full-blooded Filipino, I'm super particular about how Pancit is made. Hands down, I always compare to my mom's best home-cooked pancit and this pancit definitely comes close! Just a side note for people who don't know...Pancit is heat sensitive so you should definitely eat it fresh or immediately when you get home. Pancit should not be left sitting out for a long period of time. Chicken adobo is my favorite Filipino food and again I love my mom's home-made adobo and this one tastes bomb! The taste, flavor and texture are on point. Definitely give this food truck a shot, the flavor won't disappoint!

I always come back to rolling lumpia for the beef shanghai and banana lumpia (turon). Their food is always hot/crispy and delicious! The pieces are perfectly sized, not tiny like the other food truck and definitely worth the buck you paid for! I've also had their lechon kawali (side order) and it was crispy, tender and juicy at the same time! I haven't tried the other ones on the menu because it's something we normally have at home (adobo, pancit). Love that everything is kept traditional, what Filipinos usually crave . Highly recommend Rolling Lumpia!

7/9/21 - I have been noticing this truck sitting in front of Dillard's for about two or three weeks. I love lumpia, so I decided to give them a try. I got 6 shanghii lumpia for $5.00. They were a little different from what I am used too, but they were good and tasty with the tangy sauce.

Great to finally have a Filipino food truck in Stockton! It's a family owned business and they're fairly new. What people don't know is that the first appearance of Rolling Lumpia was at St.Joseph's Medical Center serving front line workers for free. Now that to me speaks volume. Rolling Lumpia brings culture and awareness to the community by the delicious food they serve. They cook the lumpia on the spot hence why it might take a bit of wait for your fresh lumpia. Lumpias come in different kinds, such as veggie, veggie + meat, or shanghai style. The adobos (chicken or pork) are to die for. Seriously one of the best I've tried and it goes so well with their garlic fried rice! My mouth is literally watering as I'm typing this (haha). If you're lucky, they may even serve lechon as part of their specials for the day. Lastly, they also serve desserts such as bico, cascaron, and halo-halo! Yes, I know, this food truck does it all! It's a treat to have Rolling Lumpia in the community. Let's do our part and support local family owned businesses, especially during these times!

Finally a lumpia truck! And it's down the street from my house! First time we went they had sold out and were gone already. So the next day my husband went earlier lol We got chicken adobo, pancit and lumpia. Everything was great but the chicken adobo was my favorite. Cash only

Food tastes great. Service was awesome. I would recommend! We ordered two plates, and both were super tasty! We had no idea this place was around and had to stop. We will be back for sure!!
