Roger The Box Man

I came across Roger the Box Man on an ad and his prices for moving boxes and supplies were a good deal! We called him and met him with his truck of supplies. We wished we had gotten more boxes from him for our move since we ended up getting more boxes from another place which was slightly higher priced. Cash only.

Unfortunately after reading the response from Roger I must amend my earlier review. The notes he provided as defense are simply untrue. I absolutely never granted him permission to use my expensive kitchen chef's mats as packing material, nor did I change my request from packing some items to packing everything. The arrangement was to pack our entire home. This was crystal clear from the beginning. Lastly only one small but special candle stick was indeed broken prior to packing. None of our framed art was damaged before being stuffed in a wardrobe box with no packing material. I was honest in my review and did mention his responsiveness and follow up were great. It's a shame that a business owner would not simply apologize (as he did to my face) and move on.

You need boxes? You need Roger the Box Man.I was stressed, moving in days, and trying to figure out how to get boxes for free on craigslist when I stumbled on his ad. You mean he will deliver boxes to me? For what I felt like was a real reasonable price. And when I am done moving he will pick them back up and put them back into circulation. Roger deserves and honorary Green Business Certification!Fast, convenient and reasonable. Thanks Roger for the boxes!

I was working at a client's home doing a rather large unpack and needed to get the many, many boxes removed quickly. I called Roger based on a referral from another organizer and called to scheduled a pick up. He was there within 30 minutes, right when he said he would be! He took ALL of our boxes away in his truck, making my job much easier! Thanks again for your prompt and convenient service! Would recommend for supply removal for sure!

This is in response to Roger's comments on Fern D's review. Hi Roger, remember me? I am her husband. You know, the one who has been happily married to her for 10 years. Divorce? You are an outright liar. You must have us confused with another one of your customers are you truly are a man of no values. I support everything that was said in her review. I might also mention, and maybe your forgot this, when you came to pick up the boxes AFTER the move, you came to the old house...I had to tell you that the boxes were at the new house that's how moves work. Face it, you failed on this one. Step up to the plate. Say you are sorry. Admit fault for crying out loud. We never gave you permission to use our rugs, etc. as packing material. Your billing is confusing and frankly the entire process is confusing. Yelpers, spend more, have real professionals do your packing. Never again will I use this company. **Edit in response to Roger's response: Nice cut and paste Roger. You simply used the same response you initially gave my wife, which is filled with lies. You just can't stop yourself. So sad. Nothing that you say in your response is true, again.**

Roger just delivered 62 boxes, 3 wardrobes, bubble wrap and paper for packing for a great price! He brought everything inside ready for me to start packing.He's fast, reasonable and very helpful. This guy is a real find! He'll buy back the boxes when you're done and he re-uses materials which is awesome!

Thanks to Roger, I received ALL THE BOXES I need for my move in 3 weeks directly at my house. He has been kind enough to bring all of them into the house in the room that I have set up for the move. The whole order included 69 various boxes, wardrobe boxes, mirror boxes, dish packs, brown paper pad, tape, and more!Not only are all the boxes in EXCELLENT condition, is Roger amazingly organized and prompt to get back to you, but he also offers the BEST DEAL you can find. We paid half of the cheapest price we could find on-line.And, Roger helps all of us be GREEN by allowing to reuse moving supplies, and by buying them back once we are done with the move to continue the cycle. Better than recycling!Finally, I was very impressed by Roger's efficiency, speed and kindness. I highly recommend him and hope that he won't be a "best kept secret" for too long!

My husband and I have been calling on Roger for boxes for years. We are always happy with the service, the quality of the boxes and the price. We would highly recommend if you need boxes!
