I've always seen this ice cream truck parked in the mall parking lot while driving down Pacific but never stopped until yesterday when I read "rolled ice cream" and it brought me back to freezing point in Oakland and how much I've missed rolled ice cream. So I decided to stop with my daughter. Plenty of parking in the mall lot, next to in & out. They have a screen outside of the truck where you order it yourself and pay, you get your receipt and then wait.It's $10 for a pretty large size of rolled ice cream with 3 toppings of your choice for free. The portions are huge, they pack the toppings to the tippy top. My daughter & I shared one. I wish they had an option to purchase a half portion size for $5, as it really is hella filling! However, this place did not disappoint. We got the cookies and cream with m&m's, strawberries & strawberry boba. It was bomb. The ice cream was perfect ratio of oreos and ice cream, they loaded it with toppings. I can't wait to stop again and try more flavors. I definitely recommend if you're passing through the area to stop and give them a try.

Service: quick and friendly Ambiance: no place to set- order and go. If you order to go, your ice cream will come in cup, added in brown bag to go. Or just ditch the bag and enjoy outdoor as you walk in the mall. Food: the cream was bit too sweet. I wish they would give option of half and half (choosing two flavours). Overall, my daughter enjoyed it and was happy so that's all it mattered. Thank you.

Amazing Roll ice cream. I was eating IN N OUT Burger. I saw this truck. I had this ice cream only once's in Sacramento now I saw in Stockton. They have 24 flavors. I like the brownie Bills one. Highly recommend to everyone. Staff is really friendly. Loved it

Best ice cream in town, I have tried this Stockton location first time but I have been to their Lathrop location many times, So many flavours to choose from with rich creamy texture, Service was awesome as well.
